Green Vilnius Hotel — Hotel in Vilnius

The hotel needs a lot of improvement in order to keep staying in the business for a very long time. Firstly, out of 5 staff, may be only 1 was very helpful and friendly, the rest were not very friendly. The room is fine, for me it’s quite spacious although for 4 people and 4 beds, still have a lot of spaces to move around. Pillow was bad unfortunately, I have to ask for another pillow to be comfortable. The toilet is not that clean to be honest but still okay. The kettle they provided us was full with calc. Only tea was given in the room. Towels are clean and in a very good condition. Breakfast is the same for everyday, it gets boring and not very tasty but still okay. Dear friends, when I started to choose a good hotel for a good equilibrum of money and quality to get 3 single room for one night in Vilnius it was really a tought problem. There was an offer of 53 hotels in Booking.com filtered under my expectation of 3-4 stars and price under 80€ per night including the breakfast and good free parking. This hotel was 1 of the three offered only🤨. I was really surprised. Yes I was. Starting from the reception service up to room expectation and quality ending up to the breakfast quality and kitchen, I think that this hotel is underastimated. Calm and clean, very good service, nice atmosphere, and quite a low price. The Room is what you’d expect from a 3 star hotel, room was clean but a bit cold at night if you have the window open. The hotel is also close to the highway so you’ll hear cars and beeping and emergency service sounds all night. There was only two outlets in a room for four people so we couldn’t all charge our phones unfortunately, so please bring and extender so you can charge more than two devices at once. Very helpful staff, called ambulance for my friend when she was ill. Answered all my questions and had some great recommendations for local food. There’s also a McDonald’s right outside the hotel that’s open 24/7, and a 20-minute walk to a mall with great food and lots of shops. There’s great bus connections from the hotel, lots of bus stops...
