BALTIC BREW — Restaurant in Vilnius

Went to the place as a result of a random choice on Google maps (Liked the name). Found ‘cortado’ in the coffee menu and fell in love. I absolutely love cortado, and it is not only because of the taste but also about cosy and sweet associations with Spain. They also make Eggs Benedict and have Cold beetroot soup as a summer special (haven’t tried them yet but def will be my choice for the next Saturday breakfast-out). Was my favourite coffeeshop in Vilnius when I lived there a few months ago. A real diamond in the rough — better than any coffeeshop in Karoliniškės has any right to be (no offence to Karoliniškės). And run by a totally-sound guy who clearly cares about coffee.
