I've been visiting Madagascar previously, and spend most of my stay in Antsiranana. This year was my first stay in Helle Ville Nosy-Be. Together with my family we accommodate at Hotel Belle Vue. It was an enjoyable experience.The receptionists are very welcoming and assisting. The hotel rooms are very nice and clean, all maid has a wonderful smile. Refusés de l'hôtel car ma copine a perdu ses bagages et donc pas de pièce d'identité à montrer. Rien à faire, ils ont encaissé le prix de la nuité si jamais on parvenait à retrouver sa carte mais absolument aucune aide de leur part. Comme nous n'avons pu la retrouver, ils nous ont remboursé et mis dehors, merci pour votre sens du service !

Refused to stay because my girlfriend had lost her ID card which was in her luggage, nothing we could do about it, they charged us for one night in case we could recover her ID but wouldn't help us a bit.
