We are currently staying at this villa, however the electricity has been disconnected for multiple times, the heater has been disabled, and all the surrounding or whole house are in the dark, we bathe half way and the heater was not functioning under the cold weather with below 14 degrees Celsius. As told by the staff, we cannot use the kettle and hairdryer so that the electricity will resume to normal (we thought it was probably the kettle). Anyways we take in the advice without arguing even though the foods are discarded because they are half uncooked and reheated, and the rest of us dare not bath in such a cold weather, afraid the warm water suddenly became cold weather will happen again. However the situation didn't change, the electricity continues to disconnect a few times, and the staffs were using the dynamotor to connect the electricity, and it caused the air in such a good and fresh air environment turn polluted due to bad smell. We are not able to open the doors, not able to cook, not able to bath, not able to go toilet, not able to enjoy our every single minute.

At around 12 midnight, whole electricity disconnected again, and remains in the dark for 30mins, we approached the staff and were informed that this time the electricity was intentionally disconnected until 7am the next day. We are paying RM 2,000 per night, yet we are being given unreasonable and unacceptable excuses, all seemingly just to save on electricity costs without our consent.

This is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the standard of service we rightfully expected....such a unique experience in a good way, and such a no quality in...

We paid for MYR2000 for 2 night stay but seem like not include the cleaning service after check-out. The mattress and bedsheets have a peculiar smell and we did not complain. We highly suspect that the house cleaner did not change the bedsheets before proceed to the next guest, when we checked out, the bedsheets and towel got a little dirty, but the owner got angry and said that we would be fined and the deposit would be deducted just because of the dirty bedsheets and towel also had to be taken to the Kota Kinabalu laundry for cleaning, so the house cleaner was not enough time to get ready for the next check-in guest. The customer lost the deposit is nevermind since still many other better homestay, but the owner lost...

A superbly interesting place. I will not go to any other place if I want to go on holiday with my family. the price is very reasonable. Each room has a master and a single bed. Clear view of Mount Kinabalu. Only the thermometer outside is broken, so be aware that the temperature is almost 13 degrees Celsius !! Very comfortable BBQ place. in the back there is a rabbit cage. Owner is very chatty but very understanding. My car was in trouble and had to cancel the booking but the owner was very understanding and gave a date the next day....

It’s a very nice and relaxing homestay, highly recommended 👍. The place offers a spacious garden with swings, a hammock, and exercise equipment. Equipped with utensils and cooking tools, we had a fantastic time enjoying steamboat and BBQ with family. The helpers are always on-site and very helpful and friendly. The owner also makes sure everything is running smoothly. With fresh air and a great view, my family truly had an amazing time there!

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay — it was such a comfortable night! We even cooked a little supper, and when the host found out we forgot to buy somethung, he kindly gave us what we needed. The cool weather and beautiful surroundings made everything feel so peaceful. We woke up at 6am and were greeted by a breathtaking, crystal-clear view of Mount Kinabalu — absolutely stunning and unforgettable. Truly great value for money!
