Air-con was very weak and the room warm. (The air-con is positioned above the room's front door, far away from where you'll be most of the time.).

WiFi was very slow at times (Google test on 2019-11-11-1553: 2.48 Mbps down, 0.37 up).

I chose this place precisely because it was far from town and would, I assumed, be quiet. Unfortunately, my room was next to some parking spots--it was mostly quiet, but occasionally there'd be motorcycle loudly revving.

There is nearly nothing around, but there is a coffeeshop/kopitiam next door.
