I was very disappointed with what I got. The pictures of the rooms in the advertisement are not the same as the rooms I got. Deluxe Double but the only one I got was a small room with windows. The toilet was very narrow and there were leaks in the pipes. Room cleanliness is also unsatisfactory. I found a few strands of hair on the mattress and there were black patches on the comforter. Been here for 5 hours without a bath towel and this hotel doesn’t prepare spare/extra towels for customers. I’ve been to hospital and surely I’ve been exposed with viruses, and I need to take a bath! Moreover, the television plug is broken! I wish they can do something about it in the future. Not to mention the receptionist is not permanent worker there.
