OYO Home 90366 Home Valley Guesthouse Tambunan — Hotel in Borneo

Decent place to stay in Tambunan. We usually stay in Padi View which is just across the road but they were full this time so we tried Home Valley. It’s basically a house converted. Feels quite homely. Gives you that kampung feel. Can be noisy if you have noisy people in adjacent rooms. Rooms are small but okay. Nice view of paddy fields from the small balcony. Limited parking space. There’s a common kitchen where you can prepare food and a nice big balcony...

So far I am very satisfied staying at HomeValley Homestay Tambunan,Sabah...

there is a beautiful view of the village, breathing fresh air, cool breeze. quiet atmosphere.

the distance from the town center is not far. I have stayed here 4 times since before the pandemic. Reasonable price and affordable. comfortable, there is a mop like the type of room provided. starting with a room with 2 queen beds, 1 queen bed, triple bed...

We stayed in room 3 with the paddy field view and it was spectacular! The greenish paddy along with the hills in the background gave me such a longing feeling to live in village. Great for releasing tension due to workloads or other problems. Suitable for family or friends outing because there is bbq appliances provided in the homestay next building. Looking forward to be there again...
