Located uphill, one of the nearest hotel to be stay when you arrived at Tenom town. Panoramic view of Tenom itself cannot be told when you stays here, i'm a bit speechless as after when i check-ins, i'd been served with unbelievable calming + Sabahan vibes of the view that can be seen from top or ground level of this hotel. Really if I have another opportunity to be here again, no doubt about the stays as also the peoples here are really welcoming peninsular malaysian. Thanks for all.

The location is a little bit out of the city. It’s quite hilly but the view is great! During our trip, I forgot take the picture of the room. I would say it’s acceptable though the rooms we stayed is a little bit old. Furthermore, the window unable to close properly, so lack of maintenance. Sorry, gotta give 4 star on that. The price is reasonable. We paid about rm100 plus. Overall, very quiet hotel. Quiet town. Receptionist very friendly.

We were well warned by the existing ratings for this hotel that the Perkasa has, and yes…A far from excellent rating. So we expected the worst and got slightly better. First of all its location is spectacular high up on the hill above town with sweeping views of the valley below from the bedroom window (plus pleasant breezes). Yes the hotel has seen better days and lacks TLC but its adequate especially for one or two nights

I was there for our charity event. I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights - room no 311 & 306. All I can say, it's not worth for every single money you paid. My room is family room type RM205 per night (311) and rm95 (306). With that price, all I get was : Malfunction television Malfunction electrical socket (no other socket to use to charge your cellphone Shower in the bathroom cannot be use. The technician told us to use the pale and dipper whenever we wanted to take our bath The room was smelly Room ventilation is not satisfying The blanket and the bedsheet is a bit itchy(I guess because it's been a long time no guest check-in in that room) A lot of mosquitoes The wardrobe is really old. Non friendly payment method upon check in ( they use bank transfer) No internet connection at all Room 306 - the aircond is really noisy.

And the lists goes on.

Please consider another hotel to stay during ur...

The place a bit rundown, maybe due to pandemic and PKP. Hotel condition looks very old, grass, road's lamp and surrounding not well maintained, room smells like quite old, lots of lizard's droppings and dust at the window, on the floor and on the mattress (and we have asked the hotel to clean it). Toilet's blower does not work, only one electric plug switch worked, toiletries were not provided and we were a bit disappointed when the hotel did not inform (in advance) that the hotel restaurant was not open for guests that day as there was a function being held (whereas we had asked many times before). Cleanliness can be improving. We did not change to another hotel as we had paid in full RM14O for the night. We hope there will be an improvements...

The location of Hotel Perkasa Tenom is on a hill with interesting views around Tenom town. But in terms of maintenance and management, the hotel needs to be maintained more efficiently.

Room 306 1- Aircon is old and noisy 2- The ventilation system in the room is not clean 3- Itchy sheets 4- The toilet bowl is not clean & the toilet light is a bit dim

Reception, hotel staff and other. 1- Payment methods need to be improved in line with current progress (Payment without cash) and no WIFI 2- The elevator needs maintenance 3- Friendly receptionists and hotel employees and when we made a complaint about the room, the action was fast.

What's funny is that the arrival of our group was greeted with mosquito...
