I’m really frustrated with how the service at hotel has gone downhill. My family and I stay here frequently for business, and we used to love it. But lately, it’s been disappointing.
First, the amenities keep getting reduced after the first night. If this is some cost-cutting policy, it’s unfair—especially since you charge extra if we request more. If we’re paying the same rate, why is the amenities reduced?
What frustrated me even more was the housekeeping issue. I clearly told the receptionist to inform them not to ring the bell when delivering missing amenities because it disturbs my baby. And yet, they rang it anyway. What’s the point of making a request if it’s going to be ignored? Not to mention, the "Do Not Disturb" sign was right there.
On top of that, the housekeeping staff talk loudly in the hallways, making it impossible to get any rest. And I don’t know what happened to the towels, but the quality has gone downhill too. They used to be good—why the change?
I really hope management takes these concerns seriously because I don’t want to keep dealing with this every time we stay. Or maybe it's time to look for...
Read morestayed here for one night on transit to interior sibu. its is located somewhere between sibu airport and the town centre. probably another 5km to get to sibu town centre but there is an old mall 5 minutes walk from the hotel. some halal eateries are also available nearby but for breakfast maybe a bit difficult as the hotel doesnt offer any breakfast during my stay. ||the room itself is clean and comfortable. well equipped with basic amenities. the bed is comfortable. ||however due to lack of carpeting, noise from the corridor can be heard clearly in the room. when the neighboring rooms closed their door, the banging sound can be heard clearly and it disrupts my sleep few times at night. people walking and talking loudly at the corridor can also be heard clearly in the room. ||if you want more options for halal food or wants to see sibu town, find some other hotels right in the city centre. otherwise, u can stay here for one night during transit as it is nearer to the airport and can avoid sibu rush...
Read moreStayed 4 days 3 nights in this hotel. Stayed in room 609
Good: clean, smooth check-in and check-out process, basic amenities like shampoo, soap, body gel, comb, slipper, towels, toothbrush & toothpaste, water heater, hairdryer provided, walking distance to a megamall and few restaurants, good water pressure, good room-cleaning service
Bad: no remote controller for the aircond, no closet but there's two hanging posts with 4 hangers provided, the sliding shower room door made a really loud noise when closing (probably only in the room im staying), the toilet kinda smelly, no iron (but service provided at level M), no refrigerator (need to pay more for the service), the TV could have more interesting channels, no private parking (public parking with first come first server basis, but actually the space is quite plenty), no breakfast (but with few restaurants nearby, this isnt a big deal), no wifi (but celcom network strength is good there).
Overall, a very pleasant stay with such a...
