I'm not from Sibu, so I cannot comment on how authentic the noodles and the flavors are. I can only say that I like the chewy texture of the kampua noodle and the right amount of fried shallot oil of the white dry tossed noodle I had. The wantan minced pork dumplings don't have much flavor by themselves but are good when drizzled with chili sauce. I'm sure wantan with dark soy sauce is more suitable for those looking for heavier flavored food. Clean environment and very friendly service.

The kampua mee taste is fragrant with lard and fried shallot flavour, however it was slightly salty. I thought it was probably not mixed well so i ordered second bowl, still salty and had to water down with mix soup. The mix soup are just made of mixed preservative meat balls. There is a Malay stall operated by Muslim too but their roti canai was cooked till dry and crispy, a bit disappointed with the texture.

The evironment is very clean. The atmosphere is very cheerful and the waiters are also very friendly. Its my first time here, me and my brother was just looking around and even though we rejected them at first because we want to look around first, we came back and they still accepted us with a friendly smile. Kudos to them.
