December 2024 This visit was a disappointment.

Negative: First time hearing that Hotel has not enough towels. They cannot handle full house. Front desk staff was rude. Housekeeping staff seem like they don't bother much. Pool counter guy seems like he hates his job bit needs funds... Gives a 'can't be bothered attitude'

Day 1 We came to celebrate my daughter's birthday as she had such a good time during our first trip. Booked a Superior room and was given a Deluxe.

Check in supposed to be at 3pm. We had to wait till 3.50pm before room was ready.

I had come in the morning to leave my bags since room was not ready.. when room was final ready, asked for my bags which were tied up (I had a few plastic bags and cooler bags and they were tied up to the luggage handle by front desk. The guy removed their rope and just threw my plastic bags and cooler bags on the floor...

They did mention at check in that there would be a power outage between 10pm to 10.20pm that night... it took longer with lift service only resuming 10.30am..

Day 2 Woke up to use the gym. At 7am, pool/gym counter guy says the Hotel is out of towels. I asked him if he could get one from Housekeeping. He said cannot... I had to go to front desk to request for a towel instead....

Breakfast was great thou. Daughter's actual bday. Had initially asked breakfast random staff for a candle but she said don't have. Tried my luck with the Head Chef, told him just needed one candle to put onto a plate of fruits we got.

Head Chef was so sweet. He took some time and came out with a cake and a singing team 💕

Day 2 and Day 3, hotel staff and Housekeeping said didn't have enough towels. Their excuse- coz they full house. First time hearing that a 5☆ hotel didn't have enough towels...

Special thanks to the Duty Manager (I'm bad with names.. But I think his name was Rokwan), Head Chef, bell men, and cleaning staff who were also very friendly and smiley. They helped make the experience a lil better.

(Updated)

August 2024

Checked in at night. Was greeted by super friendly and smiley front desk and bell staff.

Deluxe suite at 1819sqft was huge! Includes a very big balcony surrounding the room.

There was a bit of a sewage smell in the main toilet but it was manageable after bath with the smell of shampoo covering it.

Bed was soft and comfy. But the bedsheets and pillow cases were a bit stained though. We didn't use the stained pillow, and we covered the mattress with our own sheet protector to sleep.

Room was also a tad bit warm. We tried to adjust temperature but couldn't. Could sleep without the blanket most of the night.

Watching the sunrise from our bed in the morning was spectacular 😍

Breakfast was good. Plenty of options. We absolutely loved the croissant and chocolate Danish. They are baked and refilled on the spot.

Swimming after breakfast, the water was nice and warm. The kids enjoyed the kids pool with playground.

I liked the gym, very well equipped. Had a very good workout.

However, there were kids running up and down the gym, playing with the weights which was dangerous. There was no staff on site to tell the parents to watch their children.

And even when a staff member (i think the pool towel staff) came in, he ignored the kids playing dangerously with the equipment and just went to a corner to chill. Was dangerous, many accidents waiting to happen.

Thankful that we were given late checkout that day but our rest was disrupted when the electricity in the room short circuited while we still had about half an hour left. Sounds like a common issue as the front desk staff seemed to know exactly what was going on and was calm about it - or he just handled it professionally..

Either way, was a fantastic experience. I like how friendly and attentive most of the staff ah. The amenities and facilities are great. Despite how far it is from everything, we would definitely want to come stay again.

Side note, the food in the Korean restaurant there was not so good. And it was expensive...

Overall I would rate this place "Great escape from reality".

Food: Breakfast had a huge selection of various cuisine. The hotel restaurant also offers ala-carte off the menu room service order or dine in the restaurant. However, personally i felt it was on the saltier side. Especially the seafood fried rice and burger that we ordered for our room delivery dinner.

Hospitality: GREAT! the staffs were amazing, very accommodating and super understanding. This includes all staffs including housekeeping, receptionists, bell boy, front-desk security personnel and also cooks/chefs at the breakfast stations.

Environment: It's super quiet and peaceful. We did encounter some unpleasantness on our third night, as our top neighbor was really disrespectful of respecting others space. They kept running around, yelling at the top of their lungs and dragging the furniture which did cause us some good night sleep. But overall, if you're looking for greenery and out of city vibe, this is a highly recommended place. Note: Perhaps request for a room facing the golf yard completely for a much better view.

Rooms: Very spacious. Beds were really comfortable, soft comfy pillows and MATTRESS(a must have for those who drove long hours). The balcony is huge and the shower as well as the bathtub. They have interconnecting rooms as well, which made it easier for my family trip. However, the rooms is spacious enough to add an extra bed(upon request before making online reservations).

5.Activities: I'm not a golf person, hence this place was a little boring for me and my family because there's nothing else to do in the hotel besides golfing. However, they do offer a good equipped gym, large swimming pool with kids pool as well as spa(slightly pricier from normal rate). And lots of place to walk and chill to enjoy your day calmly.

Parking: Lots of parking spaces but all outdoors. No valet parking unless you're a VVIP

View: Good view of the sunrise and sunset. Especially if your rooms are on the upper floors. Great view from the breakfast spot as well, great view from the pool as well.

Restaurants: There's only two other restaurants available on the property, one serving Korean delicacy and another Japanese delicacy. Grab delivery is not recommended because the delivery charges are pretty hefty. The hotel itself provides room delivery service, however i would suggest to pack some snacks or food from the city before checking-in. There's a "mini mart", super small and less options for snacks. The nearest restaurant is probably 5km away but be warned its on the rural sides, no street lights and...

When I book,I requested a connecting room but when I arrived late and checked in at 6pm,their connecting room is all occupied.

Initially they offer us 2 different room near to each other but as I have 2 kids so it's a no and after much negotiation with the manager Mr Zack and Ms Eidzaa, they offer us 2 room next to each other, 1 is normal room and another is a corner Deluxe Suite room come with a jacuzzi in the bathroom. As the Deluxe Suite room is so big in the bedroom so I requested just add a additional bed on the side so we can stay whole family together in 1 room and I am ready to give out the other normal room, but to my surprise they kept the other room for us just in case we need it and instead of just 1 additional bed I required, the housekeeping been 2 for my 2 kids.

Mr Zack and Ms Eidzaa really gave a great help to us and Mr Zack even gave us 4 meals vouchers to dine in their 'Tee Off Restaurant'..

After we settled in, hungry stomach is calling so we settled at the restaurant using the vouchers. We order all 3 different types of bento and when 1 beef bento came with hard chewing rubber gums beef,we highlighted to the staff as it's definitely can't be eaten and as we thought, the staff willingly change for us without any questioning and after the new bento is served,to our surprise, staff Mr Xian bring us another plate of roasted mutton and after a while, another big slice of cake was been served to us.

We definitely had a memorable night with great services from Mr Hairin/Mr Xian/Mr Zack and Ms Eidzaa. Not forgetting the bellboy always with a smile and the housekeeping team who make our 3 nights stay great and comfortable with 2 additional beds for my kids and the whole king bed just for me and wife.

Buffet breakfast is with lots of varieties and there is another 3 restaurants,1 Korean 1 Japanese and 1 Chinese restaurant so we only ate at the Chinese restaurant,I would say the Chinese restaurant is definitely worth to have of you are staying there especially their curry fish head, just half a head is already a Hugh size good for 3/4 persons.

Swimming pool is Hugh size too,a normal hotel swimming is tiny but not this.

Another Thank you to...
