My husband booked the superior queen room with city view. Upon checked in, we were mistakenly given a different type of room with no window. Since we arrived at night, we were too tired to change rooms so we slept overnight and the next morning requested for a change. Fortunately, we managed to get the superior queen room which we initially booked. ||On our first day, the wifi connection was excellent. However, starting on the second day, the wifi speed started to slow down and became unstable. Overall, the room was clean but the bathroom amenities were poorly maintained. There were plenty of plug points in the room, which I think is convenient for guests with a number of devices. ||The breakfast buffet doesn't have much variety, but the food they served were quite good. Renovated rooms in 5th floor were good, spacious and well thought. Plug points available at strategic locations.|||Rooms come with breakfast. Breakfast was simple yet nice and satisfying. The two 'kakaks' in the kitchen were efficient. Between them, they kept the food well replenished. Kudos to them both.||Morning reception staff could have been better.|Should have a Security personnel to guide around the car park.||However, room in 3rd floor was a different story all together.
