We had to stay here for our UTHM's event considering this hotel is the nearest to the University. WE REGRET STAYING HERE for these reasons: 1. COMPACT ROOM FOR 3 (see photos for proof) When we made the booking, the room description and photos of Triple Sharing Room shown spacious and well furnished furniture - coffee table, chairs, WINDOW and etc. REALITY OF THE ROOM? We can't even passed by when one of us performing solat. This room is not supposed to be occupied by 3 people! There's NO WINDOW but we paid the same price as for the unit with window. The side table near the 2 beds are also too close and not safe as it can cause injury to the head especially for small children. 2. The ventilation of the toilet is not function. It caused a DISTRESSING smell into the room when we use the loo. The toilet is also too small. Kindly check on the photos provided. 3. For 1 night stay, we had to cope with lots of mosquitoes attack too. Unlikely to have a standard for a Hotel. 4. The most crucial issue is when the hotel lock the exit to the Emergency EXIT. I can't imagine if an emergency occur, how would the guests rush out with Shallow Corridor (corridor uses smart concept with sensory light on in the presence of movement) dark, numerous unit of rooms and locked EMERGENCY EXIT. NOT RECOMMENDED for the reasons above and to DISABLE PEOPLE (OKU) as there's NO LIFT access to the top floor but ironically the hotel provide a ramp and Disable Parking lot at the entrance. How can this hotel even passed the QC Permit?

Not recommended for ladies to come here alone. The door doesn't have chain lock. Some other rooms are not in the same building. You have to walk at the back of the street for the other building which is quiet dangerous for anyone. The lights in the hallway are automatic but it switched off pretty fast, make it harder for you to get hot water in the hallway. It so dark in the hallway too, you have to be prepared with ur own flashlight. I booked the other room online and managed to pay for larger room but they said all room are full at the receptionist building and i had to pay extra RM10 for room replacement in the other building. They hardly practising cashless payment so i had to go out again to get some cash which is so trublesome. Overall, this hotel are not the best for you to stay alone let it be man or woman.

It's spacious, clean and have lots of amenities around. Green does a lot of positive vibes here.An A-list hotel. There's vending machines for us to buy drinks and mee maggi if let say we're hunger for food. They also provide you with water dispenser and microvawe too where we can find along the way.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night only. The room that I booked is Standard Double Room inclusive of buffet breakfast at the cost of RM105.||||The hotel is easy to find. When I arrived at the hotel, there were still a number of unoccupied car parks, which are all free of charge. At the front of the hotel is a Malay stall that sells burger. So, the hotel guests should have no problem to look for supper. Upon check-in, a deposit of RM50 was required and I was given a room with the number of 308. I thought the room is located at the 3rd floor but it is at the 2nd floor because their ground floor is actually the first floor. ||||Since the hotel doesn't have a lift, I have to use staircase to go up to the 2nd floor. The moment I used the staircase, then only I started to understand why the hotel is called Hotel "Pintar", a Malay term that means "smart". When I was at the lower end of the staircase, from the upper end until the 1st floor was dark. But when I walked up the staircase, light in front of me was turned on automatically. As I continued to walk, light at the front was turned on and those at the back was turned off automatically. After I entered my room and closed the door, all lights at the corridor were turned off automatically. What a smart hotel! ||||The room is a little bigger than expected and it has a modern looking interior design. It has no windows. So, at the back of the curtain is just plain wall. Although I booked a Standard Double Room, surprisingly, it comes with a King size mattress with three pillows. Despite its huge size, it sinks in the middle part :( Next, one pillow was too thin for me but putting two pillows together was just too thick for me :( For these reason, I didn't sleep well at night. ||||Another reason I didn't sleep well is because of the noise. Although the hotel is facing main road, I didn't hear any noise from the outside of the hotel. However, I was quite disturbed by the noise from the inside of the hotel because the room was not really soundproof. For instance, the noise of other guests closing doors, the noise of people talking at the corridor, the noise of TV from the neighbor room, the noise from the water heater in the bathroom, and unknown noise from the other side of the ceiling. If I'm not mistaken, the 2nd floor is already the highest floor... ||||The room was provided with two bottles of drinking water and some basic hotel amenities including clothes hangers, one packet of 3-in-1 Milo and two packets of 3-in-1 Nescafe, 2 cups, 2 spoons, one packet of tissue paper and a safety storage box. There is a single-seat sofa at the corner of the room, same row with TV. Its TV has 25 channels with good reception. At the both side of the bed, you can find a wall lamp. Right below the wall lamp are switches for the light and a power point with two USB ports. If you want to make some drink at night, you can get hot water from a water dispenser located at the 1st floor. With this machine, travelers do not have to buy mineral waters from outside. Wi-Fi speed in the room was very fast. Watching Youtube videos was not an issue at all. Its Air-Cond was cold. ||||There are three mirrors in the room, two are in the bathroom and one is located right in front of the bathroom door. The bathroom was clean. It is divided into 2 areas by a glass: sink and toilet area + shower area. Hair dryer was available at the sink and toilet area. A complete set of toiletries were provided which includes shower cap, shampoo and bath gel, toothbrush and toothpaste. Although two clean towels were provided, I didn't use them. The shower area comes with a rain shower. Although the shower pressure was not high enough, but I enjoyed the shower! ||||The buffet breakfast spread was very limited (e.g., fried rice, fried eggs which was quite delicious, sausages and breads) and the amount served was very little. I was so lucky that I was the first person having the breakfast there. I'm pretty sure that the food was not enough for all of the guests because as far as I knew, at least 4 more rooms were occupied. But I'm just not sure that whether the working staffs replenished the food or not. And one thing I must not forget to mention is that the dining area was dim and quite dirty. Stains can be easily spotted on the floor and basin.||||In overall, this is a good hotel but I personally think that there is still some room for improvement, and I hope that the management will improve the areas as highlighted in my review (e.g., mattress, pillows, cleanliness of dining area and the amount and spread of the...

Staying here for 3D2N celebrate Hari Raya with in laws. The hotel was nearby Parit Raja and Air Hitam town. Its convenient and easy access too. Its using smart concept for lights (auto turn on when there is people pass thru it) they put in on their walkways and on entrance area near the door room. Unfortunately our toilet bowl was malfunctioning a few hours before my checkout. Not reported it to staff in charge. Hoping they can make a regular check for their toilet facilities on each room. My sister in law also facing the same problem before during her staying here on last year visits. And they changing her to other rooms. The room was quite cleaned even there is a blood spot (small spot) on 1 of our bed (on single bed) comforter. Overall its acceptable. The price was quite high for this small town (hoping they can reduce the price little bit). The cafe just opened for breakfast time. Hoping they can consider to open the cafe from 8am until 9pm. With not much choices (especially during public holidays the warung nearby was closed) its quite difficult to find place for eating. Need to use cars to find the restaurant and its not...
