Kesuma Villa Exclusive Stay — Hotel in Johor

The best hotel in parit raja. The building design of the hotel is a type of bali & village of local design. People will have a feeling living in village but with privacy, clean & very comfortable stay. The place is quite & its built in own land. Its different with most hotel in town which others hotel are in terrace commercial shop. We only drive 5-10mnts to UTHM for a meeting. Only 3 mnts walk to restaurant and its just beside the hotel. Petrol station just opposite the hotel. The biggest supermarket in town is building up just next to the hotel. The hotel provide all facilities & amenities including ironing board, iron slippers, laundry bag, Safety Box, bath towel, hand towel & face towel. It has s flat screen TV, kettle, set of drinks tea coffee sugar creamer, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, cotton bud, shower cap, shampoo & shower gel, soap & many others. They have all completed set. Booked the most expensive room, the family studio, for 5 nights. Had to pay 4 days before checkin so can not complaint and cancelled once you see the room. No staff around as it is locker checkin checkout, no one to call for help. The shower pipe is stacked, so I stand in a pond of water when I showered, for all the 5 nights. The room looks but actually dusty at every corner with spider net. The curtain has insect eggs, multiple spots. The room consistently has mosquitos even airconditioner at 16 degree, could be because the water continers and pipe issues at the back of the house. There is a Target wholesaler supermarket at the side of my room, the steetch full of garbage and noisy till 11pm as their employees motorbikes...

It's comfortable and located right next to a supermarket. So it's easy to get snacks or anything else you may need without driving out. The room has a mini fridge and water boiler to make drinks. It's not too bad but it doesn't have a hot shower, although the shower is very modern. We stayed for 3 days 2 nights. They didn't make up the bed or refill the coffee and tea sachets.
