Hotel Sayang Kulai — Hotel in Johor

stayed here for a night on business trip. this hotel located in kulai, a bit away from town but just beside tesco kulai. the hotel lobby seems quite gloomy. the room is clean and not really spacious though, air conditioned, equipped with small flat tv and telephone. hot water is provided. free wifi also is provided in the room. this hotel provide breakfast with few choices. since the price is cheap and affordable, it is acceptable. you get what you pay. ||||since tesco is just a few yard away, getting food and basic needs here was not a problem. there is a karaoke on the top floor of the hotel, with discount if you're staying at the hotel. overall it just an average hotel beside tesco. will come back here just for...

I hadn’t planned to go to Kulai, but decided in the evening to travel from KL at 9:00 pm. I made a reservation on the way by phone (I think using Booking or Agoda would have been cheaper, but I was afraid I wouldn’t have time for that). The receptionist, a Malay guy, was very helpful in explaining all the details over the phone. We arrived at 1:00 am, and the location was easy to find (nearby Lotus). The transaction at the reception was smooth. Our room was okay, just a basic hotel room, and it didn’t provide a kettle or 3-in-1 drinks. Review from me is that , their dont have any sense that , not provided daily cleaning for long stay , and the minerals not provided , so many bangla peoples , so many mosquitoes, the can drinks are so expensive compared to other hotels, and the customer service not being polite, the people still inside the room and cutting off the electricity because of hours delay payment , and charging for coffee packet per packet rm2 wat is this yarr ? , the blanket not clean , front desk talking so rude to the customer , too much noisy karaoke , the lift are so dirty , very polite request to the owner of the hotel sayang , the worst management ever i ever...
