bad service KFC, 2 of my experiences there: 1: they didn't make my delivery order, it's on fasting time, I ordered for me and my family to break our fast but the order didn't arrive, then called the KFC and knew that they didn't make it because they are forgot, what a SHAME 2: the drive thru is for ghosts, it's on the 2nd of hari raya, we are all tired after getting stuck at the highway and we are just going to the drive thru and waiting at the ordering kiosk but there is no one to order, it's quite a long time we wait but literally there is no one even at the payment room, supposedly they closed the drive thru if they have not enough worker, what a SHAME

Staff requested to order inside the restaurant. - Drive Thru facility in poor state and blocked by a provision truck causing me to wait, the truck drive simply ignored other vehicle and didn't let them passed through. - Service was very poor with long in-line order yet to be ready. - Most of the staff not visible & not friendly. - The KFC team including the manager were not professionally & adequately trained by having poor attitude.

KFC tak ada sos cili. I was given tomato sauce for take away nuggets, french fries and cheezy fries. I requested for chilli sauce packets and the staff told me no stock and asked me to carry the chilli sauce from the dispenser in the small plastic saucer. Didnt expect this....
