Sri Mekar Campsite — Hotel in Johor

Shocked... And shiok...

That was our feel when we were there.. well the shocked started earlier cos we were told we were the only one in the campsite for the nite... Bayekkk ka paaaa!!!!

The next shocked was the place itself.. for a campsite packed on weekend, it was clean, toilet was awesome and the beach.. n a clean and cool musollah .. simply awesoomeee.. the authentic wooden huts.. awesomee!

Shiok cos we had a wonderful bbq, the surrounding.. the beach.. the kampung around.. the sound of waves day and night.. and the wind brushing the leaves... Total healing for us

Oh ya... Awesome staff and owner!!!!! 👍👍👍

So if need a simple outdoor camp/campsite by the beach healing.. try this haven!  Try the weekdays... Lagi...

Bad moment 3d2n. Hari ke2 waktu petang air takde sume toilet tp mgrib tu dh ada blk. Pastu bangun pagi anjing lepak sebelah kemah, sy tepi pagar dekat sebelah homestay kayu tu, pling tepi ya mmg byk semut sandflies sume pakej. Pakej anjing skali ada sekor tu garang btol, salahkan kita sbb buang sampah blkg sinki sbb tu anjing ada situ padahal 1st day dtg belom buat sampah lg tp disalahkn kita plk. Btw xde org lain selain group kami. Sy 1 group ambil 4 tapak ramai ya bayar sume okay xde masalah deposit sampah dia xpulang full sebab katanya group kami buang kt blkg sinki, mlm ke2 abg ipar dh bakar sampah situ siap tolong bersihkn. Lain kali lukis besar2 buang smph kt longgokan mana taklah salah tmpt longgok pdahal blkg sinki tu longgokan smph jgk🤣 taktau nk marah ke nangis. Tapak pon kami tinggal bersih cun2 kalau tahu sblum balik susun sampah elok2 kat 4 tapak ktorang😂 berbaloi kena burn semua depo smpah pon. Dia nk pulang 20 jek depo smph, mls nk layan sape ntah mira ke maya nama dia. Lantak lah sana nak sgt duit aq trus xamik depo mympah. Bila anjing lepak sebelah khemah dislahkan kita pulak😅😅 rasa mnyesal beriya bawa family g sri mekar cmpsite ni sblum ni xpernah pon kena dr cmpsite2 lain area punggai baik g cmpsite lain the rhu sunrise the wave yg pnting bukan sri...

The place is clean but ants, flies and mosquitos were plenty. They seem to be immune of the repellent and coils. Sea is safe for kids but I was stung by jellyfish..so standby your steroid cream🥲

Nevertheless, it is worth to visit, but dont take the end lot next to the fences (next to the abandoned villas) because there are trash and...
