I stayed in the hotel on the 25th August till the 26th August 2019. It is a very short stay because I just need to renew my passport in the UTC Pasir Gudang.||||Location: The location is NOT in the central of JB. JB itself is massive and the city is sprawling to the eastern part. The township of PG is big and this hotel sits in the suburb of PG, namely Masai. The location serves me well. It is near to the Pasir Gudang City Council and the UTC. The distance to the nearest lively township is also not even far. I had dinner in Masai, near the night market.||||Check In Process: Smooth and the guy is super helpful. I was given, AC remote, TV remote and also controller remote. Unfortunately, the controller remote is not for my room. So I ended up not able to watch the TV.||||Cleanliness: The hotel is clean as far as I can see.||||Room: Double Room is pretty big and easy to navigate around. Cleanliness is good and the decor is minimal.||||Bathroom: Clean and hot water working perfectly. Please consider providing guests with toothbrush.||||AC: Works well and cold.||||Surrounding area: Next to the famous Mee Bandung in Pasir Gudang. Nice restaurant. And just a walk away from Econsave,||||Parking: Free Parking available but it is a public parking, so, on your own risk.||||Sleeping Quality: Excellent.||||Totally satisfied...
Read moreI booked hotel Super OYO 432 My 7days Inn No.33, Jalan Rusa 1, Taman Scientex, Pasir Gudang but when we reach hotel the receptionist told us the booking cancel and my card will not be charged than we left the hotel, after 2 days oyo charged my debit card.Calling Oyo phone CS they refuse to handle my case they repeated reject as wrong dept I should call 30 minutes later calling repeatedly going to the same person that person keep telling call back 30 minutes later, refuse to see the issue I am struck .Oyo is an Indian company do not have good customer service. Really disappointed and helpless do not ever took Oyo hotel in my lifetime bad customer service. They closed their Oyo CS at 7.00pm just to give run around for customer. Does not make sense. Read moreWorth the money! Friendly & helpful staff; although agoda messed up my booking the staff is very helpful and patience while waiting for me to make another booking & fortunately the room is still available.
Comfortable room & bed (though the price is cheap, it's decent enough for a 1 night stay). Convenient location; has econsave market nearby with maybank ATM inside the econsave. Toilet condition; good but can be improved, water pressure very good also a working water heater. Body wash is provided. Other appliances are also in a good condition.
