TS Hotel (Scientex) Sdn Bhd — Hotel in Johor

Found this hotel through an app. They offered good price compared to others.||We book through walk-ins and upon checking the prices, we agreed to take the family room that has connecting door.||love their sop where they asked us if we want to see the room first before booking.||the rooms quite old and tired looking, but because it is clean, we don't mind at all. ||it seems that this hotel had given their best to please customers.||although the rooms consider cheap, they still provide breakfast and they're delicious!||we also saw that their staff mopping the floors with hot water.. no wonder the place is so clean.||some improvement could be made on the staffs, the reception counter staff were not so friendly and welcoming. ||also the other staff that doesn't even bother to help open the door for hotel customer to bring inside...

Stayed for 2 days. Its a nightmare since this hotel is the transit place for Indonesian workers to fetch their ferries at Pasir Gudang. The corridor where we stayed was infested by smokers and the windows were full of hanging clothes. Some brought families and make the floor like their kampung. Complaint on the first day and fortunately get a better room far away from those people. Even that the smell of smoke still persist. Pse stay away for a mean time until the hostel know how to treat locals feeling. Rooms are rundown with thick dust on the wardrobe. Aircon blower also dirty. Hotel malas tidak buat pembersihan masa PKP. Soon will see this hotel windup unless really buckup and change for the betterment. Sorry for the honest opinion......from your regulars...

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night and the room that I booked was Double Bed Room. My comments are as follows:||||1) The cleanliness of the hotel, the room and the bathroom are all acceptable. My only complaint was the bathroom is a bit small. ||2) The bed was comfortable and the Air Cond was good.||3) The staffs were friendly. They always talk to me with smiling faces.||4) The room comes with buffet breakfast. The breakfast was simple with limited choice, but it was acceptable.||5) There are plenty of parking lots but the hotel area becomes very quiet at night.||||Do not expect to get 2 or 3 stars facilities and services from this hotel because, after all, it is just a budget hotel.
