If you need a budget, clean, spacious and quiet room with good air-conditioning, wifi connection and car park to have a good rest along the highway. Only 2-3 minutes drive from the E1/AH2 highway exit at Jitra North.||||There's not much restaurants around the rest house, but if you go to the food court inside the Tesco supermarket building, you can find some tasty food, especially the chicken rice. Tesco is about 3 km from the rest house.||||The room is tile flooring and very clean. It's very spacious. Comfortable bed. Pillows are too high for me but I always travel with my own pillow anyway. Clean towels. Local TV channels. Good air-conditioning. Tea making facility. Good lighting. Good wifi connection. Good parking space. Friendly staff. There's a fan if people don't want air-conditioning. There's a window for fresh air and natural light. There's a wooden coffee table and chair.||||The toilet is clean.||||The things that they need to improve is the flow of the water. The water pressure is good, but somehow the water flow is choppy every 3-4 seconds. And I don't know how to access the hot water from the hot water boiler. Most hotels nowadays use electric instant water heater which you can control the water temperature easily. But, i don't need the hot water as Malaysia is hot everyday. And I only stay for one night. I still had a good shower though.||||Also they need to put a proper drainage system for the basin and the air-conditioning. At the moment, the water from the basin and the air-conditioning is going straight to the bathroom floor, which is very messy and wet floor all the time, if the air-conditioning in on, or if you are using the basin to wash your hands or cups. In the beginning i didn't notice about this, and I washed the cup with unfinished coffee in the basin, and the coffee ended up on the floor of the bathroom. I had to wash the bathroom floor afterwards for my own comfort.||||If they can improve that problem in the bathroom, this is a perfect place to stay for many nights if travelling around Alor Setar and Jitra area.||||My room is the cheapest standard room at 100 rm walk-in (about 20 Euro), but it's huge and good quality fitting in the room, except for the drainage problem in the bathroom. I would have given it an excellent five star if not because of the drainage problem.||||It's a budget priced hotel with...
Read moreThe place is really clean and comfortable. On thr 2nd day we hanged the 'makeup our room'card . By the time we reached the room was still not clean. The housekeeping staff said that there is only him cleaning today so he will only supply us with water bottles and went his way. What kind of attitude is this? On the last day the current supply for the whole place was disconnected. A big place like hotels should have generator for a backup. But there is none. And the staffs are ignorant about it. My parents were having trouble in going to toilet because the water supply is through current. Not gonna come again....
Read moreI went there with my friends and family. We booked 4 rooms and each room are of different size. The room is clean and so the toilet. It'll gives you feel like you are at your home.
