Bustani Hotel — Hotel in Kedah

There are so much lacking but the services are at their best. The safety lock in my room was broken but it is fine. The door is not easy to open even with a key. Even though i leave the door unlock, u still need the key to enter from outside. 2 lights in my room were out but the room is still bright enough. There are watermarks in my bathroom but it is clean. The tv works too well. The volume is only at 1 but the sound is booming. There are spider webs on the top shelves but i don't mind it too much. The bed is pretty hard n it was the first time i got backpain sleeping in a hotel room. However the pillows smell so nice. I love it. For bfast, i was served ala carte. Good thinking to avoid food waste cos there are not that many guests for buffet. The nasi lemak is really good like the reviews said. The tea is to my liking too. The staffs are all nice n make me feel really comfortable. I think it is wrong for me to give low rating. Considering this is a low budget hotel, they are doing good. I hope the business going well so they can add more staffs n funds to improve their...

1. Stay in room 222 - Suite Room RM350/night (13-14/January 2020) Get connecting door with living room + master room.
2. not proper toiletries. Only shower gel and soap. No different with deluxe/standard room.
3. Mini bar amenities - 2 drinking and tea set. Hahahaha. Suite Room Fridge hot. Nothing inside. At least give a snacks, biscuit. Some more no Fruit Basket (just for appreciated, staying there!)
4. bathtub leaking, no cold water.. Only hot and warm. Water pressure very slow.
5. damaged wardrobe (out of order) Only hanger and iron board inside. But no iron provided. I saw at corridor outside my room have iron & board.
6. sofa too dusty. Can't lending due asthma/flu.
7. Wi-Fi. Reception recommend to use Bustani07. But in the room, only available Bistani02 and not function.
8. swimming pool - not enter
9. breakfast - not having
10. Thank you for giving me to have late check out 2pm without...

From outside it looks big and near the Jitra Mall (10 minite walking). I took the single room. Not many people during MCO.

Understandably, i dont have much expectation with less than rm100 per night. Has internet and aircond would be enough. The internet was 15Mbps, so thats okay. The cleanliness definitely should be improved. The curtain in the shower has a lot of yellow discoloration at the bottom already. Otherwise toilet and sink were fine.

Bed was creaking, but i slept okay...
