Pros: Great location and reasonable room rate. The check-in process was swift, with clear photo instructions provided on how to check in/out. There's a water filter available in the corridor, which is a nice touch. Several food options nearby including a western café, drinks café, and a roadside burger stall for late-night cravings. Just a 5–8 minute walk to the nearest food court/centre. A separate key for electricity in the room was also provided, which is convenient.
Cons: Upon entering Room #06, there was no tissue or toilet roll provided. Unable to get spare for myself to use as 10pm - 12noon there wouldn't be receptionist around to assist. The room was dusty in all four corners, including the picture frame and wall mirror. Even spotted a spider web between the lower part of the air-con and the top of the curtain, not to mention TV surrounding as well —clearly overlooked during cleaning. The shower hose was odd, splitting water into two streams: one hot and one warm when set to room temperature, which made it difficult to use properly.
Will I return? Still considering—mainly for the location. Would depend on improvements in...

Are you kidding me? I think the whole hotel have more than ten rooms and you said you only have...
