Big Apple Hotel — Hotel in Kedah

This hotel is quite new, you can tell from the new condition of the amenities. Staff are a friendly bunch. Rooms rates are quite cheap too. Wifi signal is great, full bars everytime. TV channels while only basic channels are super clear reception. But there are some basic issues with the hotel. There was no toilet roll in my room. There wasn't any holders for it in the bathroom too! Coffee cup provided was really small. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom too. The toilet bowl also had some backflow problem. When I checked-in there was a poop particle at the bottom. Housekeeping needs to do better. Aircon was positioned directly above the bed which led me to waking up in a sweat. Parking is a problem, the roads are quite narrow and you have to get a parking coupon as the officers come 2-3...

Rooms are very impressive clean comfy beds Staff at reception very pleasant but level of knowledge communiciation skills with guests management has to look into it they are unware of surrounding area activities please get Malaysian staff Rooms we stayed at the ground floor at night lots of cockroaches creep out at night only my wife could not sleep next morning we notified reception staff on duty they gave us such a sweet smile and mentioned next time please stay on the 3rd floor sad hotel does have a lift Management must be unaware staff are not notifying them of guests complains Nice property good location management has to monitor new property sad to see it...

Bilik kurang bersih, no toilet tissue provide, no mirror in room, only in toilet. no notice from receptionist if walk in price more cheap than pay online before we pay. No free parking outside, u have to pay for mpkk. And in the room which is can stay for two person they only provide one coffee cup, u have to share the coffee cup with your friend. 🙃 Hope can...
