I thought I have been in the worst but this hotel is beyond description. Have to climb up staircase upon staircase to reach our room. Rooms is very tiny and have difficulty to walk as there is no space to walk in the room. Even though we paid for 3 persons, we were only given 2 towels. When requested for extra towel, we were given a torn and ruin towel. The bathroom is a joke as it is so small, you would want to get out from it as soon as possible. Had 2 sleepless night since the hotel is very near to the night market as they open their business from 6pm till late 2:30am. The night market offer karaoke thus we have to bear the noise from the hawkers and all karaoke singers. No parking provided by the hotel and you have to pay RM2 to drive into the premise of the night market as the hotel is situated in the premise. This money is collected by unauthorised persons and you are forced to pay even though you stay in the hotel. Every corner entrance to this night market is guarded by these persons who collect money unauthorised. Suspected they are syndicate who have been operating so long that every body did not bother to complain. Advice, don't stay in any hotel within the premise Wakaf Che Yeh. Hotel advertise free wifi, but we are not able to access the wifi at all for the 2...
Read moreThis place is new and clean. I booked via Expedia for only RM80 per night. For those who are coming to shop at Wakaf Che Yeh night market, this is the best place for you to stay. Because the night market is just at your door step. The only problem is that if you go out sight seeing in the day, when you came back to hotel after dinner time you might have to park your car a little bit farther from the hotel and that's what we did.
At 4 am in the morning when all the shops are closed, we go out to move our car and park just in front of this hotel.
I gave 5 stars because its clean and very convenience for my shopping need. But bare in mind this hotel dont serve breakfast, no mini bar, no wardrobe dan no lift. Maybe quite difficult for those travelling with baby stollers or...
