I went to this hotel with my family. We chose this hotel merely because it is near Wakaf Che Yeh, a heaven for the shoppers. So, if your main objective is shopping, this hotel will be a perfect hotel for you and has value for your money.||The room we rent was spacious. However it was not very clean. The bathroom was just ok. If you are a person who are really hygienic, you might need to wear slippers in the bathroom. ||The price was affordable. This hotel also offers the Ogawa chair at the lobby. Of course you need to pay for the service. Location is strategic, not too far from Kota Bharu city centre. |Check in was smooth and fast since I booked and paid online. Room on the ground floor (without windows). Facilities - TV, coffee mixes but only soap for toiletries. No cupboard in the room. Pipe in the toilet was leaking, which should be spotted when they service the room to avoid wastage.
