Bad!! Worst!! Terrible! 😡🤬🤬🤬 My first review was deleted coz I checked on review lists. Apparently, not even in the list. The Toilet on master bedroom was bad, we have to open the main pipe to open the water heater and the original shower were also leaking coz the pipe was loose. The toilet was also in a bad condition almost broke. The details was for T5 room. I attached with the proves of images and video but unfortunately were deleted also.🤬 We complaint but the response was rude, they said they couldn’t do anything, and then when asked about same price & expensive with less of amenities that we should get. They replied all the people booking early?? But why should none action taken. There were not even said sorry and apologize and hung up the phone without any answer.

Not even a compensation to customer as a token of guilty. You can delete it all you wanted but I’ll report you to related authority for the sake of customer’s right.

Just of to hear a response of act from your management.

Wifi: Not available during my stay. Maybe just my unit. Room: 2 room equipped with aircond, 1 room with fan. The 1st room toilet lamp is not working luckily manage to get technician to change on the second day. The water filter with hot water, but if open too long, it will turn off by itself. Luckily we able to get the normal electric kettle from reception.
