Texas Chicken Tunjong Drive-Thru,Kelantan — Restaurant in Kelantan

Visited Texas Chicken Tunjong, Kelantan on 9/9/2025 evening and was completely disappointed. Honestly, if you don’t want to work, then don’t. The cashier was not helpful at all while taking the order. She didn’t even try to suggest which menu items were best-selling or suitable for kids, it’s not like all of us are experts on the menu, right?

On top of that, she sounded irritated, as if customers were a burden just because not sure which one should order for kids. Try to be positive thinking that she might be tired of taking a lot of orders but there are no people who are queuing before and after us. Failure as a worker and failure in management for allowing this.

She seemed more interested in chatting with some of her male friends loudly about random things like ordering some foods and whatever else, instead of focusing on customers. Genuinely disappointed with the level of customer service and the way staff...

Too damn SLOW... Not enough staff to cater for walk in customers /drive through/food delivery... Walk in customer gets the least priority, half an hour my number still not up...
