HOTEL ECONOMY KAPAR — Hotel in Klang Municipal Council

Stay there for 2 nights. Very bad experience and worst hotel stay. ||||Day 1: Checked in at 11pm. The aircond was not cold. Until at roughly 1.30am I feel very hot and hardly breath. I went down to complain. There guy came up and tried to fix the aircond without any knowledge. He just turn ON and OFF and finally claims that the aircond is now working. But actually not. When I raised my voice to change room, he bring me to lobby. However all rooms in same category was fully booked. He refuse to change room with higher price for free and ask me to pay extra. I talked for very long in the middle of midnight and called the manager. Finally managed to get a better room. Wasted my 1 hour sleep . ||||Day 2: Morning 8am. No water supply. A very little water flowing from the shower. Complained many times. They claim the water will be ok in 30 minutes. But waited for 1 hour, still not ok. Had to rush for a meeting. I had to rush for meeting without a proper shower. I complained again to the reception. They said the technician is fixing the pump and all will be alright in few hours. However when I came back at 7pm, situation still same. Still no water. I can see few people carrying towel walking around. I asked for refund and told them I will look for other hotel. They refuse to provide a refund. Even the manager is so harsh. Not professional at all. All they want is money. Finally they open a general room at lower floor with better water flow for the guest to take bath. Sharing the toilet. I stayed there for 1night. Worst place to stay. Very noisy of traffic. Very noisy with pigeons,and other birds sitting next to your window and making constant noise.

Moreover i saw 2 cups during my stay. But when i woke up in the morning, noticed only 1 cup. I thought because of poor memory because i checked in very late about 12:30am after attended a function. When checked out, they deducted RM10 from my deposit. Why someone want to take back a cup that not even good looking and pay penalty for RM10? I stayed here for 3 days during my cousin's wedding. Room facility was okay, however the stuff of the hotel didnt bother to clean/service the room on the 2nd and 3rd day of my stay. There's only 1 plug in the room, which means you can only charge 1 mobile phone at a time. The sound proofing was horrible. I can hear the next door bath, open and close all doors, children crying ( out loud) in the middle of the night, and even the snoring sound of the hotel guest next to my room.
