Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

Operating hours here are listed until 11 pm. That is a big nonsense. On the 15th of March 2025, I placed a self-collection order at 10:13pm, and it showed a collection time of 10:30pm (Order #2503157307243). I reached the shop around 10:25pm and noticed that the store's lights were all turned off. We thought the store might not have electricity or was just preparing to close to avoid any walk-in customers. We went to the store, but nobody came to greet us or check (the swinging doors were still open, and we decided not to push them to avoid any misunderstanding while the lights were off). I called the hotline, and they said the store was not answering their calls. When I returned to the store and pushed open the doors, someone came and told us that the system had been turned off, so any orders after 10pm wouldn't come in. Does this make any sense? I've been given a collection time with an order reference number, which clearly means the order went through. I requested a call back from Pizza Hut explaining this situation, and guess what? Nobody has bothered to call until now. I've even followed up with them for a callback. What kind of business practice is this? I'm not sure. Such incompetent people. Change your operating hours, lah, if you are going to close the store at 10pm instead of 11pm as stated everywhere. This wasted my time and energy. I'm so disappointed with this kind of service, as I'm a pizza addict.

Bad experience. Was informed that the drink in the set was not available, need to change to another drink. But after we pay the bill, only realised that the drink was being charged. When we asked for refund, they rejected us and said can only replace with one ice-cream, not even the drink itself. And we were told to better check the bill before we pay. We left without any replacement and no apologize from the staff....

We would drop by once in a while for lunch here. I'd say that service really need to be improved upon. During one lunch, the place was not at all crowded, far from it actually. No waiter was around to take order, I went in search for someone, really.

Food was standard and okay though. I would have preferred more tomato puree in the pizza.
