Tight security and great facilities. Great location to anywhere like KL city centre with little jam.

It located at the intersection of highways, very noisy in the morning and night. Even more noisy now due to construction, early in the morning and night even at 11pm+. Definitely can't open the window too much due to dust.

Very narrow carpark space and there's only one lift going up, sometimes even can't use, and you have to walk a long way. Quite a hassle for me, especially when you're carrying a lot of things. Washing machine is located outside - the balcony, for me it's a bit of hassle, cause it's full of dust outside.

For long term stay, it's a bad place. If you are a person prefer quiet place and fresh air, it's a no-no. At least in my point of view. But, if you just want the convenience to travel around, it's a...

PROXIMITY Desa Green serviced apartment is a short drive from KL Central, Bangsar LRT and Midvalley mall. Maximum fare was RM 11.00 by Grabcar at multiple times in a day.

APARTMENTS In my opinion these apartments are suitable for bachelor's, couples only or families with young children.

Rent friendly - RM1800 gets you a 3bed, 2bath, living, dining and small kitchen space.

NEGATIVES The KTM, KLIA Ekspress and KLIA Transit lines are right next to the apartment building. Trains pass by very frequently. Didn't bother me much during my short stay but my friend who stays there regularly and is a light sleeper is...

Location is really great as it is very near to midvalley and kl office area, usually 5 to 10 min away including traffic

However, there downside here is the drainage system and absence of public transport. So having car here is a must unless you have people fetching you (thats a whole different stories).

With recent change in management decision to forgo renting the carpark space behind the condo.

Resident here is found to be left without free open carpark and have to resort to renting carpark from other resident, management or United carpark for the spot near commercial centre which can range from RM120 to RM250 depending on the spot. (Which indirectly add on the cost of staying)
