What an utter disappointment!!! I don't normally write reviews but I certainly would here so that people would not be misguided and misled, as what had happened to me. First of all, the service is bad (can't believe I had to pay 10% for such service). Nevermind the tea refills and requests for anything(!) being slow as there was only one girl serving everyone, but the food was slow too despite there being four ppl in the kitchen. Seriously, when we first arrived there was only us and one other table, the other table didn't seem like they were eating anything substantial. So I was baffled when I had to wait half an hour for, raw oyster, raw salmon belly, one pathetic salad and one pokebowl. All of which really required minimal cooking. Secondly, the quality of food is definitely NOT up to par, certainly not for the prices we're paying. I paid RM179 for those four items. I won't mind if it's great but the oysters were small, salmon belly wasn't fresh enough and omg! Your Alaskan king crab salad is really just some processed Surimi!!! The worst is the waitress/chef (I don't know who's to blame here) didn't put any dressing in the salad. It's when we requested for some dressing that they said they've forgotten the dressing!!! Whaaat?! And then there's the pokebowl...I don't know what's the SOP for pokebowl but certainly being served a cold hard bowl of rice is not that appealing to anyone. I can take the cold but hard? And they don't even use Japanese rice, they use normal long grain rice. Like could you please put some quality in your food? Let me not start on the quantity of fish in your bowl. I definitely would not be returning to this restaurant at all and I won't recommend...

Tried their Teriyaki Chicken Don Set, which came with a generous portion of perfectly glazed chicken chunks atop a bed of rice, sprinkled with sesame seeds and spring onions for that extra flavor. The set included a side of miso soup, and a fresh cabbage corn salad with a creamy dressing that balanced the savory main dish.
I also ordered a side of crispy chicken katsu strips. Freshly fried, crunchy on the outside and juicy inside—this is a must-try for fried chicken lovers.
The portion sizes are satisfying, the flavors are well-balanced, and everything is served neatly on a tray that makes the meal feel like a complete Japanese lunch set experience. Service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed—perfect for a midday break.
Best of all, I used the Grab app’s Dine-Out Voucher, which gave me 30% off the total bill—making this delicious meal even...

This experience was particularly bad due to their quality of service. The rice bowl was served with Egg shells inside the rice bowl. After notifying the waiter, it took them 20 minutes to decide what to do with this situation. In the end they replaced the rice bowl, however NOT A SINGLE WORD OF APOLOGY. The manager or the PIC didn't even bother coming to the table to acknowledge the situation.
I have not tried at the other branches, and maybe they could have higher quality of service, but definitely not this one....
