Just In Hotel — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

Story begin with payment of RM50 deposit and RM138.30 when I checked in. I booked a superior family room stated 2 Double Bed and 1 Sofa Bed but end up only got 1 double bed and 2 single beds, staff mentioned that it was incorrect info and didnt update the system. The next morning when I checkout staff mentioned that I should pay RM183.30 which it suppose to be the cancellation cost/no show up cost. After I checked the email the room was actually RM158, it tooks me almost half an hour to show prove of email and time to explain and brief to staff,waiting them to liase with relevant staff only I able to take back the balance. All data record in hotel is in handwriting mode, do double confirm that the payment and amount when you pay. What you might experience in this hotel: 1. Dirty sink and pillow the way they try to “forfeit” your deposit, Bad wifi connection. Soft Bed. Aircond consider cold. No parking provided, only roadside parking.

Sorry to say. Budget Hotel not well maintain, RM99 superior Queen room. Cleanliness nope. Soundproof is terrible, facing main road so vehicle noice non stop especially when motorbikes pass by. Room with unpleasant smell, toilet too urine smell. Luckily we get air fresher from Daiso, help a bit. Very noisy all sound surroundings, housekeeping do cleaning outside at the mid night 10pm - 1am, can hear clearly too, even try to open our room with key card, shocked us wake up immediately. Very bad experience, just good things is nice view and polite front desk with good service. So still give 4star just to help their business. But sorry not going to...

Had stayed her twice. For the price of rm88, i didn't expect much. For the first stay, the room wasn't clean. But i just close one eye and didn't make a fuss. For the second stay (i chose to stay there again because the location is near our parents place), the cleanliness is way worse. The bedsheets looked like it didn't get changed after the last guest, the toilet seat has black stuffs on it, which i dont even want to know what it is. Safe to say i wont come back anytime soon. I love the location. For that price point, i dont expect friendly staffs and whatnot. But i just want a clean enough place to doze off at the...
