D'nelayan Beach Resort Melaka — Hotel in Malacca

The room is 240 Ringgit and it doesn't worth it. You can find this type of room for 150+. The door is always noisy bcz of the wind. The front door in the room floor always slippery (raining). Bad service, already book and then they ask for resit, the resit already there. Why the book had others people name? Need to wait a few hours for my sister husband to gave the receipt bcz he is at work. The room doesn't have basic needs like small mineral water bottle or 2in1 coffee. There is no mug, no dustbin. The place to hang the clothes is really a red flag. My mom's finger got cut, and it was a really big cut bro. TV is small and the room is dirty even tho you have tidy it up, if you didn't clean it up, it is NOT clean. I hope this place...

Good location. I booked Family Room which located right in front of the pool. Very convenience for family with small kids.

The beach is right in front of the chalet. Restaurant, beach and pool all within sight. Had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Food was good, service was fast and reasonably priced. Staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful.

One thing that need a lot of improvement is the cleanliness. I dont't expect much from the price paid but the toilet is clog and dirty. Even tray in the room is not properly cleaned.

Actually it's my second time here however this second experience is not so good. Avoid the room near the dining hall because it can get noisy at 2am until the next morning because the staff are preparing food for tomorrow's breakfast. i believe the room is also too small for 3 adults. The toilets are even extra small. So uncomfortable to shower because the toilet bowl is literally inches away.

+also there is no reception at all in the room and the wifi is always disconnected if i go in too deep of the room

+other than that, everything is okay. I just think this room is suitable only for 2 adults instead
