I had one of the worst stays here and would not recommend this place to anyone. Check-in: Arrived at 2:30pm. Standard check-in was 3pm, but I was asked to wait as the room was not ready. Ended up waiting 2 full hours before getting the key. Reason given was that the room was still occupied the night before, but that’s no excuse for such a long delay. Room condition: When I first entered, there was a strong musty smell. The floor was dusty and dirty. The bed was unmade. After checking, I found the smell came from the fridge, inside was rotten food with mold, clearly not recent. It was absolutely disgusting. Staff only came to clean after a few minutes, saying they were too busy with other rooms. Facilities: The whole property feels abandoned and only “opened up” just for the holiday season. Photos online look decent, but the real condition is nowhere near worth the RM270/night rate. Towels: The towel given was rough, dirty-looking, and not even white anymore. It looked more like a floor rag. When I requested a new one, staff said it was the only towel available. Cleanliness & comfort: Mosquitoes everywhere. During heavy rain at night, the window made loud banging noises as the latch was broken and couldn’t close properly. Couldn’t rest well at all. Safety & structure: The property looks run-down and unsafe. Part of a tent and gazebo roof had already collapsed (see attached photos). It felt like staying in an abandoned hostel. Breakfast: Insufficient food for guests and not enough chairs. I skipped breakfast as the situation was chaotic. Refund issue: I booked 2 nights but left after 1 due to the terrible conditions. Agoda only refunded 10% of the unused night, which is very disappointing. Overall, this place should not even be listed as a “resort.” Agoda should re-check this property because it is not fit for guests. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs.

I edited my review previously in respond to the owner replied. I regret to say that my experience was far from satisfactory. I paid over RM500 for a garden view chalet, but upon checking in at 4pm, I found the room dusty and moldy, with garbage scattered in front of the chalet, later rummaged by monkeys. Basic toiletries like towels were missing, and the furniture was very old, with the mirror even falling off the closet. The water heater was broken as well. When I called the receptionist to complain about the towels, water heater, and door, I received a sarcastic response and no friendly vibe at all. The response time was very poor, and I had to drive to the reception myself at 6pm to ask for towels because my family needed to bathe. The technician who came to fix the door and water heater was nice, which was the only highlight of our stay. Additionally, there were many mosquitoes inside the chalet, and I had to buy mosquito repellent. Breakfast was disappointing, with only fried rice, fried meehoon, chicken nuggets, and some sponge cake. The fried meehoon was stale, and when I informed the counter person, she seemed to be in denial. Sausages were served only after many guests had left. Upon checking out, the receptionist made another sarcastic remark about the door, with no apologetic gesture at all. This was my worst resort holiday experience. Regarding your response about the picture, please note that the picture I posted is indeed of the garden view chalet, not the seaview chalet. I have re-attached the picture with the title "CHALET GARDEN VIEW" for your clarity since the you mentioned these were seaview chalet picture i posted initially. Who confuse here? Me or u?

Overall semuanya dissapointed ya. Lepas je check in , terus disambut dengan lipas ya. I dont if thats is okay untuk dikatakan just because berdekatan dengan hutan? But after complaint, the 2 staff terus dtg and settlekan that part. They kept apologizing for that. And masa nak mandi, the water heater i think its broken or what? Dunno lah but tak boleh guna lah. So end up mandi jela guna air sejuk. Okay the issues now is, EXTRA CHARGES bila you nak check out. The manager told us that, they need to check the room first , if there’s a stain on the towel or what so ever, ada EXTRA CHARGES. My friends do asked if ada budak ke baby ke yang buat kotor ( i think its normal plus your resort bersebelahan dengan pantai). Then they told us that still needed to charge. I mean why you provide us the towel and the blanket in the first place kan? Even HOTEL OYO pun tak buat macam ni. Hopefully you can do, manage this problem if you want to keep this business run.

We recently stay at the resort in May 2025, which I organized a family day and booked all 12 chalets. Unfortunately we found, the condition of the accommodation fell far below acceptable standards and was not in line with the impression or expectations set during booking.

Furthermore, the condition of the chalet and its amenities were unacceptable:

The sofa in the living room was in extremely poor condition, with the frame felt through the worn-out cushions.

The electric kettle was rusted, raising hygiene concerns.

The lighting in the room was insufficient — only one dim light worked, while the other flickered continuously, making the room uncomfortable.

The water heater was non-functional, and the water pressure was extremely low throughout our stay.

The bathroom was dirty, with signs of substandard plumbing repairs and poor maintenance.

Used soap from previous guests was left on the soap holder, and another piece was found stuck on the toilet window frame.

Given that we selected your resort in good faith, especially to celebrate a family occasion, the condition of the chalet and facilities was not only disappointing but also embarrassing and unsafe for our guests as some are coming from Singapore.

I kindly request that your management investigates these issues thoroughly. I believe a formal apology is warranted, along with appropriate corrective action to ensure no other guest has to face a...
