Hotel Lavender Senawang — Hotel in Negeri Sembilan

cleanliness -very poor, hotel is not well maintained. the floor feels oily, there are hairs on the pillow and even worst, there are hairs on the coffee cup as well. the side table feels sticky, i wipe the table using my wet wipes and as you can see on the picture, the table is very very dirty. the toilet is as bad as the room. the water drainage is very slow and when you shower the water will be stagnant, luckily i bring extra slipper for toilet use. besides that, the wall is also very dirty it feels like you are staying in a 1 star budget old hotel. they also put USED toilet paper roll on the side table which is next to the cups and coffee. the bedsheet and comforter is yellowish in colour with a few stains

staff -staff at the counter is very polite. staff name is Kiri. he is very helpful

location -very near to hospital salam specialist senawang. it is walking distance to the hospital. plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. self laundry shop is next door. there is a durian stall next to the hotel, the durian is delicious and the price is reasonable. the hotel is about 10mins drive to giant and mydin

wifi -very poor and weak connection

overall im so dissapointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of this hotel. it is claimed as a 3-star hotel with the price exceeding rm100 per night. they should provide their guests with atleast a clean room. btw as you can see on one of the picture i post, they offer a free coke to anyone who rate them 5 stars...

What I experienced?

The first and second floor, you will need access card to access the floor. However, most of the time, the door is unlocked and are not closed properly. Hence, I think its a poor form of security. Only stairs, no elevators. So for elderly or pregnant lady, please put in remarks for ground floor room. First impression of the room: very small, but expected for the price. So totally no comment on this. There's dust on the side bed table. Lots of them. I wonder how housekeeping team missed this. Toilet smells like a person just smoked cigarrets when we checked in. Shampoo and body soap is provided, but useless as they are pretty much diluted. So basically you're given a water with hints of soap instead of soapy water (which is also bad). Called the housekeeping to topup some soap gel, and they did. But I guess their SOP is to provide really soapy water. Totally useless, so finally it's better to just buy a Sabun buku to use. Good thing is there's ample parking spaces. No issue on this which is a good point (finally). Staff is friendly though. Hotel is very new. So that's a plus point as well.

So do I recommend this place? For the price? Totally. But don't expect too much...

One night stay here with friends with baby. Coming here for a short stay after wedding. Shocked that the hotel has NO LIFT. Need to carry baby and luggage BY STAIRS all the way to LEVEL 2 Building B. The stairs basically outside of the Hotel Building B. So anyone can go upstairs. Security wise, it’s very dangerous especially if you are solo traveler or girls. Room is small and not sound proof. And there is no window and wardrobe. The room is clean and the toilet also clean. The location is near to 99speedmart and Restoran Zakwan which u can go for breakfast. On the other road it has Kipmall and KFC Drive thru. Spacious parking in front of hotel. The aircond is functioning well. Overall not really satisfied need to climb the stairs with baby and luggages.
