Melewar Kitchen — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

FIrst of all, taste wise, food is good. all the dishes were great, but the service is just not it. went with my family of 8 during the independence day cause it was recommended on the website, but it was a scam. first of all, the waiter kid did not know about the menu at all. i asked him if there’s an option for makanan berhidang instead of the sets, he was totally clueless, and instead showed us a catering option for events??? and then after we almost got our food, there was only one dish left and it came out so late that i had finished half of my rice waiting for the daging salai, and the waitress came out with a different dish that we did not order. When we said we did not order that dish ( cause we wrote our orders on a paper and my sister double checked before sending the orders to them), she insisted that we did order that dish and argued with us. first, it was rude and when we said you’re wrong, you need to CHECK AGAIN, not argue with your customers. in the end, we were right and she had to send the dish back to the kitchen. such a disappointment. please improve your service. would not recommend this...

I come here quite often especially for lunch or dinner. I love the taste of the food here, it is very delicious and there are a lot of food varieties ranging from local cuisine to international delicacies. All the food here is halal. The restaurant is always clean and the atmosphere is very pleasant to have meal with family and friends. The staff are very attentive and customer-friendly. Not to mention the food delivery is fast as well. There is also a small but clean and air-conditioned praying area (surau). Overall, for me this is a great place to eat and I would highly recommend...

Ate here a couple of times often with friends and family. The atmosphere is good, air-conditioned, and the decoration of the establishment is great if you want to have a decent instagram picture (re: lighting!) The food is also satisfactory and the potion is acceptable. The only drawback is probably the slightly long waiting duration until they finally serve your food so it's not for those who are always on a rush. My advice is for yall to hire more cooks. But all in all, I would definitely recommend people to dine...
