My Family Hotel — Hotel in Negeri Sembilan

This hotel do not deserve any stars !!!! my family and i dah sampai pd malam, and we are looking for hotel to rest, but the room was veryyyyyyyy disappointed !!!!!! this is the nearest hotel dengan kedai makan we ate yesterday , so we decide to check this hotel ..

Service is bad The receptionist sekejap bagitahu harga lain , lagi banyak kali tanya selalu tertukar harga The receptionist even main phone while talking to us. He said towel, soap and coffee provided in the room but nothing in the room

Rooms is bad My family ambil one deluxe room with 2 single beds and one superior room with queen bed Nothing is good about the rooms The floor for both rooms , berhabuk sangat you can even see your footprints Ada astray in the rooms , it's fine tapi sangatlah berhabuk , kotor sangat Dont let me start with the toilet ada rambut yang bergumpal and puntung rokok cadar katil kotor , we ask for extra pillow, and the pillow sheet kotor my parents' room is under renovation, and cannot change the room, and non refundable, and the receptionist dont even inform us, if he informs us earlier then we would choose different type of room TOILET WITHOUT A DOOR TWO COCKROACHES FOUND IN THE ROOM ugh smelly toilet , we have to wash the toilet by ourselves We asked for towels and the same lazy receptionist gave us dirty towel ... Bad experience ever . luckily we only stay there one night , only for few hours. The only good thing is tv and air-condition functioning well REALLY NOT...

We were late check in and had made a phone and they were well informed,but once arrived there was problem and misunderstanding. The room we booked was fully book and the staff not able to check my booking in their system,then offered us a different room and need to add payment although we already booked and paid the room we picked thru online, after been asked to call for the manager and we demand for our room to be replaced then they given us a room..there was a crucial and we didn’t blame the guy receptionist coz he just worked there, the room cleanliness was “bad” to, dirty bed,dusty floor,bathroom,dirty mug, and the room we stayed is 201 is kinda * to coz both of us was sleeping and heard sounds like somebody’s using the bathroom at 3am,i was half awake my husband saw someone at the sinks and think it was me even i was right beside him,but he’s to tired and didn’t realize it,and i was awake of that sounds and I checked my husband was asleep right next to me but it was obvious there was someone in the bathroom, but i was terribly sleepy to and fall back to sleep,but right before i fall into deep sleep and half awake i heard a woman voices and she’s getting out of the bathroom and i can see clearly a woman in white and long hair was come over me…then i fall into deep sleep and didn’t know anything,luckily we were to tired even ghost not able to...

Sorry to say this.... it's a worse hotel that i have been so far. When we check in at night on that day.... the reception welcome us with good manner and he is foreign staff... and i honor their introduction. But i and my wife really upset and feels like the same day wanted to get out of the room immediately after we checked in.... because the bed sheets and the pillows was dirty and never changed. And dirt stain can be found in many places... like someone spills some liquids on two three places around the bed sheets and we never covered the comforter also because alot of light debris The room number was 103 on that night and only one small table at a corner and no place to put clothes or other things of our personal belongings. And to hanging clothes behind the door also that place also looks dirty. Zoom to see the dirts and stain itself. OMG 😱 😱 😳....i can't elaborate more... I'm really regret and the first thing in the morning.... after take bath and get ready on our feet and straight away moved out before the check out time. And never complained to them.... because no point waste time in this things. But can highlights here for others to be careful on...
