Updated: The staffs problem have improve significantly
The staffs never look around, I hold up my hands multiple times to order drink but they never notice. There is tables around me with similar issue
I almost finish my food they still didn't notice, I had to shout to get one of them their attention.
It's not like this place is special, if their service is like that then im not really want to come back.
And this is not the first time, there is multiple times before I try to get staffs attention by raising hand but they didn't notice.
There is also what I can see only 1 to 2 people take order, but there is around 5 to 6 staffs inside, the proportion is not balance. If your floor staffs can't keep up or not doing a good job, then the boss need to train them, have more people or help...

We had steam chicken rice for lunch, which was good, reasonably priced, and came in a big portion.
