WE ARE DISAPPOINTED !! Problem : We booked for a family room on second floor, apparently there was water pump mishaps. Our room doesn't get water, like, not at all. So we had to shower in the toilet at the lobby. 1) We complained first hand upon arrival that's on check in time at 12:30pm (extra rm10 for early check in, please take note) . No actions taken. We called like twice more time for the problem to be solved. They said there's nothing could be done. Because the pressure was low. So luckily we had an event outside so we went out and got back at 1 am, still no water. We called again, the receptionist said we have to wait until tomorrow to complain since there's nothing they can do at the hour. We were told it happened 3-4 days ago! 2) The next morning as expected, the problem still hasn't resolved. We kinda lost our patience. We complained again, then only we were given another room, BUT only to use the shower ON OUR CHECK OUT DATE. Here are few pointers to ponder upon. 1 - The issue has happened 3-4 days ago, why haven't they resolved it? No one complained? There are even the same complaint in another review by customers on this issue since LAST YEAR. Still not resolved. 2 - Why they didn't notify they booking customers about the issue before hand? We booked 2 days prior. 3 - IF they already AWARE of the problem, why not move the customers who has booked to another room without charges? This is your problem. Because we were told to pay different prices if we moved to another room. It's not like the water pump issue is our fault. We paid to stay. 4 - Why haven't they offer another room THE FIRST TIME we called to complain instead of asking us to wait JUST FOR THEM TO "CHECK" the water pump and return with apologies. Honey, APOLOGOES DON'T CLEAN OUR LADY PARTS. Actions do. DO SOMETHING. 5 - "Sorry we don't usually have families checking in our residence" is NOT a responsible answer my dear. You can never expect who will walk in through that front door. It's business. It's such a shame this place looks great, we love the smoking lounge, the building, the family room, the price; but issues aren't solved immediately. Love the facility, the location is easy to find and near to main town. There's a lot of eating places nearby.

It's an okay accommodation with very basic amenities. Twin beds can be rather small but is still adequate. Room and toilet space is reasonable with great water pressure for shower. The wall connecting to the toilet is a bit stained probably due to pipe leakage. There is no in room hair dryer and there are only a couple of clothes hanger, tho you can still request from the front desk. Breakfast is not served here but there are a few stalls along the street serving nice Malay cuisine fortunately. You will not be able to see the beach directly from your room but there are a few beaches close by.

Room is okay, suitable with the star rating, 3-star. Staying here for last minute since i need to overnight from out station. The floor wood lookalike is slippery and dangerous, pillow is 🥲, bed and comforter is acceptable. Can be improve in term of items quality. Good choice for budget with comfort staying. Recommended

Few bad experience, hope hotel management can overhaul: Bad / rotten and smelly towel. No do not disturb/please make up room sign No phone directory No room cleaning for stay more than 1 night. Stinky/fungus prayer mat (come on, muslim = clean??) Broken kettle No mat/small towels at all No tissue Stainon coffee glass(either lipstick or blood)

Its a long stay but this kind of experience making a NO GO for me.

One of the worst experience i had is suddenly people enter my room without knocking(assume the cleaner) since room is locked.

Please upgrade your service...
