Im so sorry for my late review. Yet I still wanna drop my genuine review here.

(Please please please read in the tone of excitement as if you're surprised with something you wished for long long time ago)

As a Chinese revert who tasted the spread of dim sum before, Omggg!!! The dim sum here were superb good! Superb in their juicy tenderness. Superb in their flavours. Superb in their freshness. Yang penting, tak over-cooked tau. (I'm drooling now🤤)

I would also want to wish my deepest gratitude to your Manager- Cha, asst manager- Yanie & the whole crew for their warmest hospitality. So so so down to earth, friendly & always explain the best part of each delicacies/dim sum without any hesitation. (Which caused us added more menu after that🤭)

The atmosphere around was so calming & peaceful which it's an additional point for us to stay longer than we planned before.

We were in a rush actually after checked out. But the decision to walk in the restaurant that day never brought me down. We had a blast in having our time here. Definitely will come again soon!🤭

Our short vacay was even more meaningful & amazing with our dining experience...

Currently hotel move the dim sum blossom restaurant to downstairs . really bad service and management for this dim sum . From the beginning until I paid my bill . I still not getting my drink ( just a plain water only also cannot serve )

Every table also Waiting so long to be serve when customer arrive.

Air-conditioned - not functioning well . Felling hot inside the restaurant

Not properly note my bill , extra note my order . The staft note the food in bill that I not order .

When I paid my bill at payment counter , the cashier charger me 2pax of jasmine tea !!!??? I'm didn't having my plain water from the beginning until finished the dim sum breakfast , how come the cashier charger my 2pax of jasmine tea. Really make me stress... I need to check my bill very detial.. waisting time..

All the staff no experience to manage this dim sum breakfast .

I thinks is not the staff problem. The problem is the hotel...

Trying new menu ie : korean steamboat at deli swiss. Charge per head, with fixed dishes per set, the only unlimited/freeflow are noodles, soup and condiments, main course ie seafood, vege, raw chicken as its standard portion. Nonetheless, portion given with the charges to me, its worth it. Sufficient enough to make us full whilst slowly enjoying steamboat-ing & grilling & chit chat + nice ambience & windy environment. The tomyam soup quite spicy but tempting😂 what we did, is to combine the tomyam soup with mushroom soup (second option soup flavor given) to normalize the spicy level. The taste even much better! Dun put to much expectation on the steamboat menus offered, else you will start to compare with other buffet steamboat out there. The concept here is acceptable however look forward some improvement on the menu selection ie: baby spinach, marinated chicken/beef ..all in all! We...

Perhaps one of the best dim sum restaurant in this district. Honestly, it's so hard to find a good dim sum place here in Kuantan. As far as I can remember, everything was good from service to food.. But this time, the 1st time we came back for dim sum after MCO. Waiting time for table is fairly acceptable due to SOP, but serving time is kinda out of star for a hotel level. Management should take initiative as your operating staff is really shorthanded. With 2 staff serving 2 dimsum cart for the whole dining area during peak season. 2 waitress doing cleaning and setting up, and the worst one of them has to run over to cashier for bill settlement. Kudos to their working attitude, still smiling while rushing up down left right. Really can't blame them for the waiting time, but management should take note.

My parents went to this restaurant to have lunch, and when they first tried the dim sum, they genuinely thought it was prepared by a Hong Kong chef, it was that good! To their surprise, they later found out the chef is actually Malaysian, Chef Azrul! They were truly impressed. The flavors were incredibly authentic, and every dish was crafted with such delicate skill. Absolutely everything they tried was delicious. 😋 Chef Azrul was also very friendly, always smiling, and even kindly took a photo with them. You can really feel the passion and dedication he puts into both the food and the service. It made their visit to Swiss Garden even more memorable. Highly recommend trying the dim sum at Bai Hua Yuan if you’re ever here!
