Meranti Park Suites — Hotel in Pahang

Booked through Airbnb where host are just earning money from using theirmember card to get some discount off the so call usual rate.

That is totally acceptable if the accommodation is good.

The room we stayed in is fine except that the next room beside have a broken balcony with lots holes which any adult feet can easily pass through the wooden flooring hence we didn't dare to walk out to our balcony fearing that the wooden flooring might break.

You will see a signage telling you to keep the glass door close, because of the stray monkeys that stays in the same property.

That aside, the room next door is apparently deserted for sometime that it is now infested with stray cats and rodents. When we peeked out from the glass door, grass are growing out of the room. Sometime we can hear the monkey and cat having a fight next door. P.S the room next door has a unit number which run after the room we staying in.

At night, your unit might be the only unit giving out lights, and you cannot keep the insect out because of the design of the balcony glass door.

During the duration of our stay, we cannot help thinking that we might have invisible neighbours staying next door with the cats and rodents, because it sure looks like it. Broken room, left exposed to the elements. Cat meowing at night.

The reception do not welcome you because you are a nuisance and not a paying guest. They need their quiet time and they do not wish to clean another room.

The place is inaccessible without a vehicle and the place is old and lack of maintenance. If you have a vehicle, stay in KL and drive up if you want to visit Colmar.

If you already booked it, just forget about the money and book another...

Totally discourage anyone to booking or stay this place. It claim that only berjaya member can boom and stay, this is how they treat their member. Exclusively.

First when we arrive, it looks like Amber Court genting. When we open the door of the hotel room, we see bees, spiders all around. Step into the room, the floor is wet, oily, and sticky. Look into the toilet, the basin side has yellow stain that look like pee. Try to open the hot water shower, you have to wait 15 minutes to have hot water, okay. So we try, you either get super hot, or super cold shower, and the water small like no body business.

NO WIFI, NO TV.

Spoke about the bed, super hard, has dust mites, make us all itchy. When you try to sleep in the mid of night, you will hear everlasting "chair dragging" sound, i believe its coming from the pipe.

The kitchen, the cooker looks like 100 years old cooker that already melted. The cups, the plates, not cleaned, has stain on it.

The only part we like is, the view, and monkeys all around. That's all.

It is a super bad experience for us in summary. Never ever come again,...

I book through agoda and don't believe those old positive reviews at all because all no more real now. The house owner is not well maintain the apartment and I suggest to clean the apartment and maybe another suggestion for whole building owner could maintain the building as well so it's refreshing for more people to visit. Cause the weather and environment is really fabulous and stragegy. Hence, can improve the quality for more tourists.

Eventually I need to clean the kitchen areas and cupboard/table so on for my own sake. Since its so dusty and not clean at all.

Only thing make you feel peace is the scenery outside but the property not worth for the amount I paid. Total disappointed.
