Juru Hotel — Hotel in Penang

Wifi available but not able to be used all my 5 family members various type of handphones yet we are less than 3ft away from the router on the reception counter. Even all 3 Notebooks we had could not connect to wifi. Hotel strongly insist my 5 various brands of phones & 3 different brands of notebooks being faulty!!!!
