The maintenance, the environment and the situation were not suitable for me to rest. I was given a room that had just been used by a couple even though it had been cleaned but the romantic effect on the sheets was very noticeable. I shouldn’t have been given that room if there were other rooms still empty. The hotel supervisor should ensure that the rooms are clean and suitable for rent to customers.

the place is good. room is OK. There is a problem with receptionist. he is a Bangla guy who is very rude and gatai to lady which booked the hotel. He is lucky since we pity him and let go the matters. Next time I'll make sure he is in big trouble. carefull whoever go. don't let ladies go alone.

Wifi available but not able to be used all my 5 family members various type of handphones yet we are less than 3ft away from the router on the reception counter. Even all 3 Notebooks we had could not connect to wifi. Hotel strongly insist my 5 various brands of phones & 3 different brands of notebooks being faulty!!!! I demand a free upgrade, since we need to pay our personal Data Plan. Hotel stay without wifi...

Came from afar and had to stay here for one night since it was the nearest one to my client's house. Once we arrived there was a couple that came out from a room and I was given the untidy room that the couple used hm.. Overall the facilities are satisfying enough for a budget hotel.
