The Short Review: It's a restaurant that specializes in healthy juices and food, hence the name Puree Juice. I found the drinks to be unique, healthy and some with really creative designs, but slightly pricey in a justified manner. The food is also healthy, halal and had a huge variety, but some are not quite special so try out the healthy ones. Service is a bit slow for me and online ordering is somewhat inconvenient. The atmosphere is peaceful, modern and kid-friendly. Parking is convenient with ample space in front of a nearby temple. Overall, I'd give a high rating for its healthy and artistic juice and food options.
The //Long// Review: The Drinks Themselves One word to describe the drinks would the term "healthy". The place features a huge variety of fruit and vegetable-blended concoctions of pure juice, occasionally served alongside some oats and grains. Some taste absolutely fantastic while others may not be suitable for those looking for a sweet refreshment. As for those who are passionate and have a preference for healthy drinks, it is no doubt the place for you! Oh, and I have got to mention that certain drinks feature creative and minute designs and drawing as an artistic decoration to your beverage! Just be careful when choosing the ingredients that will be included in your drink as it all comes down to what juices you crave (and don't crave). However, you could say that the drinks are certainly on the pricey side of things, which are nonetheless, justified by their uniqueness. The drinks are also certified as halal. 5/5 Food Some of the food is also fairly healthy, in general. There is a colossal (huge) variety of dishes including Japanese chicken katsu to salmon-based ones, not to mention good-old pasta. As for the pricing, I would say that it is somewhat reasonable. Nevertheless, I find the conventional "non-healthy" options such as Japanese food and pasta to be quite normal and not at all that special. In fact, I strongly suggest that you try out the healthier dishes such as the dish with salmon! It is definitely something you have never tried before. The food is also certified as halal. 4/5 Service Serving time is somewhat lengthy, especially for the drinks. Nonetheless, my food got served on time. Ordering meals is also slightly inconvenient as I had to order online with no physical menu. I'd give it a 3.5/5. Experience The atmosphere is fairly peaceful and the design was essentially a modernised or a refurbished version of a house as I was dining in the extended area of the place. It seems kid-friendly, as well. Great experience, overall 5/5! Accessibility Parking was fairly convenient. There is literally no need for a designated parking space as there is ample space in front of a temple close to the restaurant. 5/5
In conclusion, a nice place to go for lunch whether you're a fan of healthy juices or simply there for fun!...

I had a very unpleasant dining experience at this restaurant โ something I have never encountered elsewhere.
I visited the restaurant for lunch and was required to order via a QR code digital menu. After selecting my items, the system prompted me to enter personal information (name, email, and phone number) before I could place the order. Due to privacy concerns, I chose not to provide this information, which meant I couldnโt proceed with my order.
I went to the counter to speak with someone, and a man who identified himself as the owner came to assist. I explained that I didnโt want to share my personal information just to place an order. His response was unfriendly, and he insisted that the information was mandatory. He said, โWe have many customers every day and no one else has a problem with this โ only you.โ
I explained that it was a matter of personal privacy, but he justified the policy by saying he had once encountered a customer who dined and left without paying. I pointed out that such a situation shouldnโt justify collecting personal data from all customers.
He even suggested that I could just enter fake information. I replied that I didnโt want to provide real information, nor did I feel comfortable submitting false details. Without my permission, he then took my phone and entered some random information himself to place the order for me.
After the order was submitted, he demanded that I pay immediately at the counter, stating that it was because I had used false information. I paid using TnG (Touch 'n Go), and he sarcastically remarked, โArenโt you afraid of giving me your information? With this payment method, I can still see your name!โ
This experience left me with several concerns:
Is it legal for a restaurant to require customers to submit personal information before they can place an order?
For what purpose is this data collected, and does it comply with personal data protection laws?
What measures are in place to protect customersโ information if it is being collected?
I hope the restaurant will take customersโ privacy rights seriously and consider offering a more respectful and transparent...
ย ย ย Read moreI had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant due to their unreasonable demands and unprofessional attitude.
While dining here, I was asked to provide personal information โ including my phone number โ just to be seated and served. When I politely questioned why such private details were necessary for a simple meal, I was told it was โto prevent customers from dining and leaving without paying.โ What kind of absurd logic is that? Why should other honest customers be treated with suspicion and forced to give up their personal data just because someone else might have walked out on a bill?
To make matters worse, the manager actually suggested that we could just โgive fake informationโ if we didnโt want to share our real details โ which completely defeats the purpose of asking in the first place. If you're encouraging fake data, why ask at all?
Later, when someone posted a negative review about this policy online, the manager approached our table aggressively and accused us of writing it โ with a very poor attitude. He claimed their business is doing well and โno one has ever complainedโ about this ridiculous policy before. Really? No one has ever questioned why private information is being demanded just to get a meal here?
It's absolutely inappropriate and unacceptable to normalize this kind of behavior. Dining out should be a pleasant experience, not one where customers feel interrogated or harassed. I...
