Double Happiness Hotel — Hotel in Perak

The price is definitely affordable, we got the family room for RM138 per night. We checked in late, 2AM for a break journey to-from KL. The room was spacious with all the basic amenities. There was usual instant coffee and kettle, TV, and free wi-fi. Didn't test the WiFi though because it was late. The bathroom was spacious and clean with a nice rain shower and plenty of hot water 💦💦💦. The bed was clean with fresh white sheets. The reception lade was friendly and check in was quick. They just asked for an ID and telephone number. Credit cards, cash and QR pay accepted. The local Aeon mall is just across the street. There are cafés and mamak below and nearby which opens until 2AM. There is also a 7Eleven nearby. Parking was also accessible and plenty near the hotel. One of the counter staff is tactless. The bedsheet, pillow cases, comforter & towels weren't changed after had been used by the previous customers. They were smelly, stuck with hair, & even tahi hidung. There was even red blood stains on the comforter. When I showed a towel stuck with hair to the house keeping worker, instead of giving me another clean towel, she just pluck out d hair rudely & gave me that kind of expression that said I was too fussy. She still claimed that she changed everything. We stayed in the hotel for 2 days. We were only given shower foam on the second day. The 1st day, we were only given shampoo. There is a loud droning sound in the toilet which is rather irritating. In room 202, there were 3 shooting stains of sperm(I suppose), on the wall, just below the mirror. It is a disgusting sight ! The hotel is so ridiculous. I am staying here for 1 night since yesterday and the hotel DMed me to cancel the booking in booking.com from whatsapp. I refused to do so, and they ended up cancel it themselves. Idk their valid reason, but i think they don't want me to leave a bad review there. I was charged for RM 20 due to my make up stain on the pillow WHERE THEY CAN CLEAN IT IN THE LAUNDRY.
