Snowy Bears Restaurant — Restaurant in Perak

First of all, the service is top notch. Their attention to the customer is at the level of fine dining restaurants. There was no need to call when I was ready to give the order slip, the waitress was already on her way to our table. The restaurant had a relaxing ambiance. The light background music was tasteful. No lyrics that could be distracting, and at low enough volume to still be able to hold a quiet conversation.

The food was great. Wife and I both had those stone bowl rice meals. Hers was prawn, mine was chicken teriyaki. Portion was generous, and both were flavourful. My chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside.

We also had the mango shaved ice dessert which we requested to have after our meal. The shaved ice was so soft and powdery. Like actual snow. And it tasted great. It had just the right amount of sweetness.

Everytime I come to work in Manjung, I will frequent this restaurant. I love their stone pot rice. The one with the teriyaki chicken. The chicken is so crispy and the sauce tastes so flavorful.

Another must eat is the chicken chop with side dishes. You can choose rice, aglio olio, salad or fries. My favorite is the aglio olio and salad. The chicken chop is always very well done - marinated perfectly, with crispy charred skin. There are few sauce options to choose from and I like the creamy lemon butter herb sauce.

Service is good as well. The only thing I would recommend to improve - the toilet. The cleanliness and smell could...

1st time visit here to having dinner.. There got 2 waiter .. One the malay girl is a friendly and got customers manners.. And the other malay girl , so rude , no manners about having customer , singing loudly , spoil our mood the my anniversary... THE MOST WORSE WAITERS EVER I MEET.. Hope the manager took a action to gave her some counseling about how to handle customer..
