Stayed for one night at D-type room, which is the basic room for 2pax. Didnt took any picture of the room but the room was okay. They provided fridge, tv, racks for hanging clothes with hanger, mineral water and also coffee cup. Unfortunately the toilet in our room was clogged. And I also personally don’t like the colour of the bathroom because it makes the toilet look dark and small, and also the choice of light bulb colour is like dim orange which does not help at all as I’m myopic. but overall it was alright. The view really compensate the room so okay lahh. there’s a restaurant nearby which is also owned by the same Chalet owner but operated by a third party. It was within the premise so it’s just a 1 min walk from the room. There’s 2 pool, but for me it’s kinda funny because people would be so insecure to swim because the restaurant is literally facing the pool. But I’d give it 3/5 because of the toilet, and also because the room is not sound proof at all. But it’s worth the money, as it was only rm178 per night.

I just spent a night here to deliver a training at an event hosted on the property. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but my partner did. There are 2, but one was closed for maintenance. The one opened is a pretty good size to swim a few laps, and the water is rich in chlorine. We got room P (suite with terrace and jacuzzi), right next to the reception, and the room was very spacious with very comfortable bed and very silent AC. No much of a terrace, and a bit tricky to get up there. On Agoda, the room goes for 384RM, but I wouldn’t pay that kind of money. The bathroom is mind blowing, and I didn’t dare to waste so much water in the jacuzzi.

Came here on december 2021, right before the flood in shah alam 😅 it was a last minute thing, but staff are really helpful. Its quite tricky to find it if you follow the google maps direction tho 😅 but rooms are huge. I'm not sure which unit we had but its spacious, can fit 7 people in 1 room. Pools with view is the highlight here. Breathtaking view. Oh you can also park next to your unit. The place itself is not maintained properly i guess they needed to earn more after closing so long during pandemic. Will plan to comeback tho ✨

Our one-day experience at EFM Green Ipoh was unfortunately far from satisfactory, leaving us with a bitter taste and a slew of regrets. The picturesque surroundings did little to alleviate the frustration caused by a host of issues that marred our short stay.

Upon arriving, we quickly realized that the flush in our accommodation wasn't functional. Despite reaching out to the host for assistance, the response we received was neither helpful nor prompt. The lack of a working flush can be a significant inconvenience, especially during a brief stay, and it left us questioning the overall maintenance of the property.

To compound matters, we were caught off guard when the gate to the property closed promptly at 12 am, without any prior notice. And if you come later , the gates will be closed and you will have to open it by yourself. Additon note, there is no any security guard.

Communication with the host proved to be a frustrating experience as well. When seeking clarification about the gate closure and expressing our concerns about the non-functional flush, the host provided vague and unhelpful responses. To add insult to injury, we were advised to use an external toilet facility, an unexpected inconvenience that further tarnished our impression of the place.

While the surroundings of EFM Green Ipoh were undeniably beautiful, the overall experience was marred by these issues. The charm of the location couldn't compensate for the lack of basic amenities and the unresponsive attitude of the host. Our disappointment with the accommodation and the host's handling of the situation leads us to one clear conclusion: we regret booking this place.

In all honesty, this has been our worst stay to date, and we cannot in good conscience recommend EFM Green Ipoh to other travelers. It is our hope that the management takes note of these concerns and makes necessary improvements to enhance the overall guest experience. Until then, we advise prospective visitors to explore alternative options for a more enjoyable and...

There was no maintenance beyond 6 o clock. Our shower was malfunction and cannot be fixed. The phone number given on sites, no one answer. The venue for BBQ was pitch dark with mosquitos. We had to go to crew cabin to give us additional lighting. The curtain in the room was see through, by the users of the swimming pool. We had to hang our own towels to cover. The body wash and shampoo was not labelled, we had to buy outside. The kampung villa was given to us to sleep 8 pax, but the space is too small for 8 pax. There is only 1 bathroom for 8 pax and the water pressure was low. No cafe available, had to go outside for food. The good part : beautiful place...
