Ghumoh Safar (Bed,Pool & Cafe) — Hotel in Perak

We came here for a family day with a group of around 30 people. We stayed there for 2 days and 1 night. It is not suitable for large group because of the layout. Got 2 seperate locations for the rooms. 4 rooms located at the upper side while another 2 larger cabins with a pool and common area including kitchen located on the lower ground. The rooms location are separated with a cafe. We booked all the available rooms and it was supposed to be a private event. Since the cafe is still operating during our stay, we have to pass by the cafe (with customers) to go to our main area at lower ground. The next day got cafe customers even take our pictures and videos from the cafe and it is very uncomfortable. People coming to the cafe can simply go to your "private space" and also view your activities. Staff are okay but not friendly. Once we want to buy ice cubes from the cafe, they said it is for rm7 then suddenly when they give back the change, it was charged for rm10. When asked, the boy said bos said it is rm10. i came here quite often with my friends for their food. and yaa. its really good food, their staff also nice. but today, their one staff, a girl who wear a red long sleeve with spectacle, i dont know if she's the staff or not but she's look like work at there. to tht girl, im so sorry if we makes u felt bad or u r in the bad mood. but u dont need to make face over the customer. I don't use the saying that "the customer is always right" but customer can affecting ur restaurant review just bcs of u. ya u can say tht im not the only customer tht u hv. but i can use this method to share my review abt ur place. its not nice to give ur customer tht look. to their chief of staff or manager or anyone reading this, try to see ur staff, ask them often if there are any problems. do not make this one of the weaknesses of ur place. learn from every customer's...

We came for the pool and it was fun for the kids.

It is an open concept pool area which visitors can come to swim without staying one night at the place.

Some people might not like it but for us, it is a good concept & affordable for the nearby visitors.

Tiles by the pool area are very slippery.

There is not changing room, pool side shower & toilet.

One toilet is right beside at the cafe along with a small surau.

Parking spaces are limited & be cautious of cat droppings...
