Grand Court Hotel — Hotel in Perak

Let see how to put it down...will start with the room than will tell about other issues, my wife n I faced this holiday season at grand court hotel.. The room. 1- they have fitted super single comforter on queen size bed. Absolute torture for 2 person to sleep under. Requesting 2nd blanket would cost Rm 20 per night. 2- absolutely uncomfortable pillows. 3-wall had water stain. 4- mirror was dirty 5- TV remote had no/extremely weak battery. 6- dusty and dirty windows. .... Now talk about environment. 1- not enough parking. They've asked us to park at high school parking. 2- for 2 days we stayed, we woke up by room service walky-talky at 8:15 am. 3- one of the lift was parked at pick hour. We had to wait quite long to get to our room. 4- long and deam corridor with storage like spaces along it. Creepy feeling to get to the room. 5- reception phone number was not accessible at...

Checked in on 16/9/24 after I finished my work meeting in Bangi and heading to Penang. Welcomed by 2 Indians receptionist. They are very polite, nice and customer centricity. I think it is the only tallest building in Teluk Intan. This was my first time visit this place. Around 2km/10mins to leaning tower. Very good place to have short gateway.Hotel is very good, they price is cheap and it’s speaks for itself. Toilet is very clean, room spacious, and everything working well. Just,,, bit noisy because the hotel just next to traffic light. Also, the gym and snooker place also noisy at night until 2am. Many knocking sound, but trust me it is not “ghost”, it is gym and snooker. I have verified with the staff. They offered me to change room but we just okay to remain after we know that’s not mysterious things. He3. Hotel is excellent, staff excellent and facilities...

The moment you enter you can immediately smell that the room has been vacant for a long time with minimal sunlight into the room. Slipper - provided but too thinRoom - not clean, dust here and there, especially when you look out the window, you see lots of bird poop. Also, the mirror started to big spots of have moldToilet - spacious but only shower head is available and water pressure is not consistent. Water temperature changes now and then too. Lights - are all warm lights, including toilet so don’t bother to do makeup hereAircond - terrible! It’s facing the bed directly and the fan speed doesn’t seem to reduce regardless of how you adjust it so it’s just so cold at night unless you turn it offIt’s also interesting to see a level 4. No pantang. Location of the hotel is very convenient for me though, but might not be the case...
