Hotel Kristal Sri Iskandar — Hotel in Perak

I was so disappointed with the service there, I reach there 2am, standing at the front desk few min but nobody there, after guy staff from outside came in to Assist us, then we noticed the staff is just there at the counter sleeping..after check in we went out again for super and came back 4am, the door was locked, i was pressed n ring the bell like mad nobody answer the door, saw number at the door called and the guy with annoying tone answered n teach me how to ring the bell which even my kids no how to us bell..not to long after i called that girl staff from the front desk woke up open the door for us , without smile without sorry.. how come receptionist on shift sleeping at the front desk and ignoring in-house guests from entering the hotel.. not sure she a boss even if she is that really unacceptable. So far, this was my third different hotel in Seri Iskandar. But tohis is the only one I came back again. Spacious enough, the mattress is the type you can have a decent night sleep.
