OYO 89691 Hotel Puteri Miqaila — Hotel in Perak

I stayed at this hotel recently with my family, and I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness. Although the room was spacious, the hygiene standards were unacceptable. The bathroom had cockroaches, and we even found insect droppings on the sink and toilet flush. A serious red flag for any guest, especially families with kids/babies.

There were also tiny red ants on the bed and moth pupae stuck to the walls, all of which made our stay very uncomfortable. It’s clear that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained.

I strongly urge the hotel management to take immediate action to address these cleanliness issues. Until then, I would not recommend this...

For the price at Agoda, I cant compliment enough of this 1 star hotel. Located just behind the backlane of Billiom Supermarket, so it is a bit creepy and busy with lorries unloading their products. Speedy checkin, clean and spacious room. Need 2 cards, 1 for the main hotel entrance door and 1 for the room. Furniture a bit on the old side but everything is still sturdy.
